What You&rsquo;ll Do</h3><ul><li>
Lead and execute a strategic recruitment program to attract and hire high-quality, mission-aligned talent</li><li>
Partner with leaders to forecast staffing needs and drive effective hiring strategies</li><li>
Oversee a compliant, consistent hiring and onboarding process; train managers on best practices</li><li>
Support and administer employee benefits programs; assist with open enrollment and team member inquiries</li><li>
Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture through employee relations, coaching, and engagement efforts</li><li>
Ensure compliance with employment laws, FMLA, unemployment claims, and workplace safety processes</li><li>
Analyze turnover and engagement data to improve retention and workforce satisfaction</li><li>
Collaborate across departments and serve on key committees to support organizational goals</li><li>
Participate in leadership responsibilities, including weekend/holiday Administrative Representative rotation</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
What You Bring</h3>
Required Qualifications:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field</li><li>
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices</li><li>
Proven success developing and leading recruitment and onboarding programs</li><li>
Commitment to supporting and modeling organizational mission and values</li><li>
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>
Experience with HRIS, payroll, and benefits systems</li><li>
Background in healthcare, senior living, or similar environments</li><li>
Experience administering employee benefits programs</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
