At Valley, we require our Medical Assistant team to be friendly, professional, outgoing, proactive, and able to deal with stressful situations on the fly. Come be part of our awesome MA team!</div><div></div><div><br>
We are looking to hire a part time medical assistant, typically 3 days a week.</div><div></div><div><b><i><br>
You will NOT be required to work weekends or major holidays!</i></b></div><div></div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Job requirements:</b></h2><ul><li><b><i>
Must be able to pass a background check.</i></b></li></ul><div></div><ul><li><i><br>
Must have a current MA license or experience working as a Medical assistant.</i></li></ul><div></div><ul><li><i><br>
Must be able to work full day shifts. Hours are 8:30am-5:00pm. Our clinic is only open Monday - Friday.</i></li></ul><div></div><ul><li><i><br>
Must be able to give a one year commitment to the position.</i></li></ul><div></div><ul><li><i><br>
Must be on time to shifts and reliable.</i></li></ul><div></div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Basic job duties:</b></h2><ul><li>
Assist Doctor/NP/PA in clinic seeing patients- by obtaining patient weight, blood pressure, and medical history.</li></ul><br>
<div></div><ul><li>
Assisting with in office procedure, such as IUD insertions, Colposcopies, Nexplanon insertions and pap smears.</li></ul><br>
<div></div><ul><li>
Help with additional tasks assigned to you.</li></ul><br>
<div></div><ul><li>
Must have good communication skills, organization and patient care.</li></ul><br>
<div></div><ul><li>
Must be able to multitask, and enjoy working in a busy clinic.</li></ul></div><div></div>
