We are seeking a skilled and proactive QA Automation Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain automation scripts and frameworks to improve testing efficiency and ensure the robustness of our software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation testing, programming, and quality assurance best practices. 
Requirements 
<ul><li><ul><li>
Design, develop, and execute test cases and scenarios based on business and functional requirements.</li><li>
Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing for banking applications.</li><li>
Develop and maintain automation test scripts using Selenium and Appium.</li><li>
Conduct performance and load testing using JMeter.</li><li>
Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Retrospectives).</li><li>
Track and manage defects using Jira, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up until closure.</li><li>
Collaborate with developers using GitLab for version control and CI/CD processes.</li><li>
Validate APIs, databases, and backend services where applicable.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with banking standards, security, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>
Prepare test reports, defect reports, and quality metrics for stakeholders.</li><li>
Continuously improve testing processes, frameworks, and automation coverage.</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>
Required Qualifications:</li><li><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.</li><li>
ISTQB Certification is mandatory.</li><li>
Proven experience in software testing within banking or financial services is preferred.</li><li>
Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle and Defect Life Cycle.</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>
Technical Skills:</li><li><ul><li>
Automation Tools: Selenium (Web Automation), Appium (Mobile Automation), JMeter (Performance Testing).</li><li>
Agile &amp; DevOps Tools: Jira (Defect &amp; Task Management), GitLab (Version Control &amp; CI/CD).</li><li>
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.</li><li>

Senior Backend Engineer

<div>JOB ROLE/TASKS: System Administrator
1. Troubleshooting
Analyse job logs and system messages.
Use system tools (**WRKACTJOB**, **WRKSTN**) for performance issues.
Resolve hardware errors and disk/memory/CPU problems.
2. PTF Application
Apply PTFs to fix bugs and improve performance.
Use commands like **WRKPTFGRP**, **GO PTF** to check and apply PTFs.
Solve PTF conflicts or application issues.
3. System Updates &amp; Maintenance
Apply **Cumulative PTFs** to keep the system up-to-date.
Schedule PTF updates during off-peak hours.
4. Job Management
Troubleshoot failed jobs using **WRKJOB**.
Clear job queues and restart jobs as needed.
5. Database &amp; File Issues
Fix issues with **DB2 for IBM i** and corrupted files.
