Job TitleE-Learning Developer (Articulate Storyline 360 Specialist)Company: Valma Creations Private Limited Job Type: Freelance (Remote) Duration: 20 Days Compensation: &#8377;10,000 &ndash; &#8377;15,000Job DescriptionWe are looking for an E-Learning Developer with strong expertise in Articulate Storyline 360 to support the development of an interactive SCORM-compliant course. The ideal candidate will work closely with our design, animation, and instructional design teams to integrate assets, build gamified interactivities, and ensure a seamless learner experience.Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop interactive e-learning modules in Articulate Storyline 360 based on provided storyboards and design guidelines.</li><li>Integrate voiceovers, audio, animations (MP4 loops from After Effects), and illustrations into the SCORM course.</li><li>Build gamification elements such as quizzes, hotspots, branching scenarios, progress tracking, and badges.</li><li>Ensure SCORM compatibility (1.2 / 2004) and smooth deployment on client LMS.</li><li>Conduct functional testing of interactivities, navigation, and SCORM reporting.</li><li>Collaborate with illustrators, animators, and project managers to meet project milestones.</li><li>Optimize the course for cross-device compatibility (desktop/tablet/mobile where applicable).</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline 360 (portfolio or work samples required).</li><li>Strong understanding of SCORM standards and LMS integration.</li><li>Ability to create branching scenarios, gamification logic, and quizzes in Storyline.</li><li>Basic skills in multimedia integration (images, audio, video).</li><li>Attention to detail and strong QA mindset.</li><li>Good communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.</li></ul>Nice to Have<ul><li>Experience with Adobe After Effects / Illustrator (for asset adjustments).</li><li>Knowledge of HTML5/CSS for custom Storyline tweaks.</li><li>Familiarity with Guerra scale of interactivity in e-learning.</li></ul>How to ApplyIf you are interested, please share your resume at shilpa.m@valmacreations.com or contact us at 9676072421.Job Type: Freelance Contract length: 20 daysPay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;15,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Work from home</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
