We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our Mumbai supply center team. This position is currently based in Navi Mumbai location.
Key Responsibilities:
<ul><li>In this role, you will be responsible for arranging timely, secure, and cost-effective deliveries of products and materials according to agreed guidelines.
</li><li>Internal Kick off with project team and periodic review with projects , purchase and production.
</li><li>Project Manufacturing planning.
</li><li>Maintaining the production plan , follow up and review with project teams. Adjust schedules to accommodate backlogs, design changes, and material or labor shortages.
</li><li>Evaluate production specifications, understanding BOM and drawings
</li><li>Prepare work orders for production or purchase requests in line with production schedules.
</li><li>Keep track of milestone dates and follow up internal and external contacts.
</li><li>Monitor production activities, follow up and review with other manufacturing partners .
</li><li>Inventory review, material planning and generate indent to ensure material flow to meet production requirements.
</li><li>Work closely with sales order booking , Projects , Purchase, Projects commercial , , Accounts and extend support to obtain the permits, licenses, and certificates required for customs clearance.
</li><li>Ontime preparation of MIS Reports
</li><li>Keeping track and maintaining KPI records
</li><li>Highly sensitive to HSE practices and work closely with HSE organization.
</li></ul>Candidate Profile:
<ul><li>A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
</li><li>A proactive approach with strong attention to detail.
</li><li>Must be able to communicate clearly and promptly , follow up on issues until resolution, and effectively utilize collocated resources, other offices, or consult with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) when required.
</li><li>Should demonstrate good hindsight skills to identify learning needs, draw lessons from past issues, and implement best practices.
</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and Microsoft Teams is essential.
</li><li>Strong written and spoken English communication is mandatory.
</li></ul>Qualifications:
<ul><li>Bachelor Degree or PG in a relevant field preferred. Experience of 3-5 years in a project coordination, execution, and production role, preferably in the Energy, Pulp &amp; Paper sector with knowledge of Distributed Control System.

Job Description Summary: 
1. Provide best technical advice to the sales team and customers to develop, sell, and successfully implement product or service solutions that will meet the customer&rsquo;s needs. 
2. Shall be able to understand and interpret customer specification and Prepare techno commercial quotations &amp; meet customer requirements, expectations and delivery times. 
3. Timely Response to customer enquiries and clarification post offer submission. 
4. Support sales, distributers and channel partners 
5. Manage complaints and issues regarding customer orders, liaising where necessary with sales, service, finance and operations to solve order issues. 
6. Liaise with product management to ensure that products and services are modified, configured, and offered according to customer needs. 
7. Works independently to complete given tasks and activities, solving daily technical sales issues. 
8. Processing orders, handle post order activities as Drawings, Quality plans and help the support function for smooth execution and invoicing of the order. 
Experience: 
1. Minimum 5-6 years of experience in control valve industry. Good knowledge of Selection and sizing of control valve (globe, butterfly, ball etc.).
2. Knowledge about present E- tendering process, Knowledge of tender documents, forms and formats as per customer requirement.
3. Good knowledge of commercial terms and conditions and customer GPC documents.
4. Knowledge of commercial documents as LC/SBLC/ Bank Guarantees etc.
5. Experience of Finance and logistics, import and export related activities.
6. Knowledge of Incoterms, international trade &amp; financial requirements etc.
7. Good knowledge of Microsoft office / Excel / PowerPoint and other tools
8. Good communication skills in English as a language. 
Qualification: 
1) Minimum B tech in Instrumentation Engineering / Mechanical Engineering.</div>
