We are now looking for a dynamic Mill Sales Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi ! In this role, you will drive growth and enhance customer experience, focusing primarily on service sales for the Packaging and Paper Business Area , while representing Valmet&rsquo;s full offering as the single point of contact for the entire mill or assigned production lines. The role involves frequent travel to Middle East Region.
Your Responsibilities
<ul><li>Manage and book orders across the business area, ensuring compliance with established sales processes.
</li><li>Lead and support customer negotiations.
</li><li>Promote Valmet&rsquo;s lifecycle solutions and offering service, guiding customers in selecting the optimal solutions.
</li><li>Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders.
</li><li>Collect and monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels.
</li><li>Handle high-priority requests or escalations and communicate claim progress.
</li><li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of installed base data and market trends.
</li><li>Align with and support corporate-level account management strategies.
</li><li>Coordinate mill shutdown&ndash;restart schedules and service clock planning.
</li><li>Lead mill teams or hubs to ensure efficient information exchange (e.g., quarterly meetings).
</li><li>Collaborate closely with product managers, field services, and spare parts teams to develop new business opportunities.
</li></ul>Who We Are Looking For
<ul><li>Degree in Paper Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
</li><li>5&ndash;8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within paper mills.
</li><li>Strong understanding of the pulp, paper, and board industry.
</li><li>Excellent command of English and Arabic.
</li><li>Valid driving license.
</li><li>Willingness to travel extensively &ndash; This role involves frequent travel across the region for visiting customers and driving business growth.

We are looking for Accountant, Purchase to Pay (P2P) for Global Financial Operations to be based in Chennai, India. Global Financial Operations is a global operational finance business partner, providing efficient end-to-end financial processes to Valmet. We are owners of Valmet&rsquo;s operative accounting and invest heavily in process harmonization and software automation. We are ambitious and passionate in developing our processes and team competencies.
In this position, you will be responsible for executing and supporting end‑to‑end accounts payable processes to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant invoice handling, vendor management, and payment execution. This role works closely with internal departments, procurement teams, and external suppliers to maintain seamless P2P operations and uphold financial control standards.
Key Responsibilities
<ul><li>Process vendor invoices, credit notes, and payment requests in accordance with company policies and compliance requirements.
</li><li>Perform invoice verification, 3‑way/2‑way matching, and resolve discrepancies with procurement and business teams.
</li><li>Monitor and manage vendor accounts, ensuring accurate coding, timely posting, and prompt issue resolution.
</li><li>Support the payment cycle by preparing payment proposals, verifying approvals, and ensuring timely execution of payments.
</li><li>Reconcile accounts payable balances and assist with month‑end closing activities.
</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation and support internal/external audits.
</li><li>Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve P2P processes and enhance operational efficiency.

</li></ul>To succeed this role, you will need:

</li><li>Experience in Accounts Payable or Purchase to Pay processes (typically 2+ years preferred).
</li><li>Strong understanding of invoice processing, GR/IR, vendor management, and payment cycles.
</li><li>Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is an advantage.
</li><li>Good analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
