Requirements

Proven experience in a training, leadership, or management role (security industry preferred)</li><li>
Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills</li><li>
Experience handling disciplinary actions and performance management</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally with different departments</li><li>
Strong organizational and administrative skills</li><li>
