You&rsquo;ll report to the Director of Marketing and play a key role in shaping how our hospitality brands communicate globally. Leading a network of writers, freelancers, and creative partners, you&rsquo;ll develop and execute content and campaign strategies that <b>bring our hospitality technology to life for hoteliers worldwide</b>.</p><p>

What You&rsquo;ll Do</b></h3><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Strategy &amp; Planning</b></h3><ul>
<li>Develop and execute the brand and content strategy to support Aspire&rsquo;s hospitality GTM objectives.</li>
<li>Align content and brand campaigns with product launches, lead generation initiatives, and customer engagement goals.</li>
<li>Collaborate across marketing to ensure content supports all campaigns and GTM motions.</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Brand &amp; Content Creation</b></h3><ul>
<li>Manage the creation, review, and publishing of all content types &mdash; including ebooks, lead magnets, blogs, PR articles, email campaigns, case studies, website copy, and social media posts.</li>
<li>Work with freelancers, agencies, and internal teams to ensure brand tone and product accuracy in every asset.</li>
<li>Maintain cohesive brand messaging and visual standards across all channels.</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Campaign Management</b></h3><ul>
<li>Plan and execute brand-driven campaigns &mdash; including product GTMs, webinars, customer storytelling, and partnership initiatives.</li>
<li>Coordinate campaign assets, ensure on-time execution, and oversee distribution through HubSpot and other channels.</li>
<li>Champion innovation and experimentation in campaign execution, exploring AI-generated content, automation, and emerging formats.</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Reporting &amp; Optimization</b></h3><ul>
<li>Measure and analyze campaign performance using HubSpot Marketing Hub, Google Analytics, and other reporting tools (such as Looker Studio or Power BI).</li>
<li>Present post-campaign insights with actionable recommendations to improve engagement and ROI.</li>
<li>Track and optimize content performance metrics to guide future strategy.</li>

Requirements</b></p><p></p><ul>
<li>
A strategic B2B marketer with 5&ndash;8 years of experience in SaaS marketing</li>
<li>Hotel technology background or experience is an added advantage.</li>
<li>Experienced in content strategy, brand management, and campaign execution.</li>
<li>Hands-on with HubSpot Marketing Hub</li>
<li>Familiar with Google Analytics, Surfer SEO, Ahrefs, and Webflow (content publishing).</li>
<li>Strong in leadership and communication, capable of managing freelancers, agencies, and multiple stakeholders with clarity and confidence.</li>
<li>Knowledge of Zapier for automation and Salesforce CRM / Account Engagement (Pardot) is a plus.</li>
<li>A fast learner who adapts quickly, embraces new tools, and executes with ownership.</li>
<li>Organized, proactive, and results-oriented.</li></ul></div>
