AutoCAD Draftsman Aluminum

Key Responsibilities:&middot; Interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and other tender documents to prepare accurate cost estimates.&middot; Conduct material take-offs to determine the quantities of aluminum, glass, and other materials required.&middot; Prepare detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for aluminum and glass systems.&middot; Analyze and compare supplier and subcontractor quotes to secure competitive pricing.&middot; Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to get up-to-date material and system pricing.&middot; Maintain and update a database of standard rates, material costs, and pricing trends.&middot; Collaborate with construction teams to ensure the cost-effectiveness and feasibility of projects.&middot; Provide detailed reports and financial forecasts to management.Job Type: Full-timePay: From AED3,500.00 per month
