 The
 
 B2B Key account Manager
 
 will be responsible for developing new segments opportunities within targeted sectors in assign territories, leveraging strong technical and commercial acumen to deliver value-driven sales propositions.
 
 
 This includes key account management and development of new business opportunities.
 
 
 The role demands establishing and nurturing connections and contacts with a focus on achieving growth targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.
 
 
 
 The role demands conducting level 1 and 2 technical activities.

 (We are hiring for this role in both Jeddah and Riyadh. Candidates can be considered for either location)
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Role &amp; Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Handle both the Technical and Commercial aspects of business development and key account management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Apply both commercial &amp; technical knowledge of the Sector and Product Group.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deploy above skills in &ldquo;value selling&rdquo; to major prospects (both new and current customers) resulting in strong volume, proceeds and margin growth.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage assigned key account customers and insure high level of service and customer satisfaction.
 </li>
 <li>
 Execute pipeline from opportunity identification to payment collect and ensure right stakeholders are involved in each step.
 </li>
 <li>
 Negotiate contracts and close deals with decision-makers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop new opportunities with prospective customers to acquire new business independently.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify and target potential customers in different sectors (construction, fleet,) and other assigned industry sectors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Signing sound contracts with target customers, explicitly managing liability and contractual issues.
 </li>
 <li>
 Full accountable on collection and dues
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new opportunities and achieve sales targets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare detailed sales proposals, respond to tenders, and address customer queries.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assess and enhance account profitability through strategic financial analysis.
 </li>
 <li>
 Understand and keep track of changing customer needs and business environments to ensure the most appropriate service providers are assigned to fulfill the customer&rsquo;s needs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop, update, and implement the Account Plan covering products, services packages, contracts, prices, credit terms and credit limits for key customers and prospects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Have an in-depth knowledge of the key competitors in the sector or product group and understand their strengths and weaknesses thereby exploiting opportunities arising from these.
 </li>
 <li>
 Be responsible and proactive in HSE issues that affect the individual, the office/field environment and their customers including in depth knowledge of competition law.
 </li>
 <li>
 Be accountable for own development plan to continuously improve competencies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Use company CRM tool and constantly feed the system updating sales and technical activities
 </li>
 <li>
 Timely prepare and share weekly plan and Visit reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide technical consultations and presentations to demonstrate the value of Valvoline lubricant products and fluids.
 </li>
 <li>
 Actively collaborate with the technology team and technical services teams to tailor solutions that meet specific customer needs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide necessary support to technical team to facilitate product trials.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure necessary customer services in place to support value selling, (e.g., regular monitoring of field trials &amp; necessary back up testing).
 </li>
 <li>
 Facilitate to the technical service teams to conduct complex technical support when required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with credit team to check the dues and collection for his customer list.
 </li>

 What Sets You Apart:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum of 4 to 5 years&rsquo; experience in
 
 technical sales role (preferably on lubricants, petroleum product &amp; or heavy equipment)
 
 environment depending on job level.
 </li>
 <li>
 Degree in engineering, chemistry, or comparable
 
 technical background skills.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Technical Knowledge and experience in lubrication fundamentals. lubricants formulations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good
 
 Arabic and English
 
 skill levels.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrates interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Have engineering knowledge in oil industry &amp; B2B.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven track of Deliver Results, Lead Self and Maximize Business Potential
 </li>
 <li>
 In depth, proven technical &amp; commercial knowledge of Sector or Product group.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of customer sector processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Good knowledge of Industrial Applications &amp; proven ability to solve customer problems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Working knowledge of CRM tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of SAP/ERP desirable
 </li>
