<div>Job Purpose
The SAP Analytics Developer will be responsible for overseeing data collection, storage, and management. Responsibilities will include designing, coding, testing, modifying, and implementing new or existing solutions within all areas of enterprise development using data integration technology and services. The individual will manage debugging issues that arise with the code, tooling, or architecture used to create the applications. The individual will interact with business partners to outline their requirements and, during the development phase, ensure the accuracy and delivery of those recorded requirements.

1. Data Management &amp; Data Analysis<ul><li>
HANA Modeling</li><li>
Datasphere Modeling</li><li>
Experience in creating and managing HANA views, CDS views</li><li>
Experience in S/4 HANA, Embedded Analytics, and Datasphere Integration</li><li>
Performing space, role management, and administration activities</li><li>
Connect SAC Planning models to S/4HANA and Datasphere (live and import connections).</li><li>
Define and build planning models (dimensions, hierarchies, and data structures).</li><li>
Experience in Databricks or similar data lakehouse platforms is preferred.</li></ul>
2. Data Integration and Processing<ul><li>
Develop Analytical models, views, Data Flows, and Replication Flows in Datasphere</li><li>
Develop and maintain pipelines for data integration, processing, and retrieval from various sources using SAP SLT, SDI, and Data Services technologies.</li><li>
Design, implement, and maintain efficient and secure databases. Ensure the integrity and performance of databases.</li><li>
Understanding how to leverage modern application architectural components (e.g. APIs, microservices, containers) to design modular, flexible solutions.</li><li>
Utilizing SAP Data Services to enable data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from various sources into target systems, ensuring high data quality and consistency.</li><li>
Building OData integration for creating and consuming data APIs is a plus.</li><li>
Building SAP Gateway interface for seamless integration with various non-SAP applications and services is a plus.</li></ul>
3. Innovation and Research<ul><li>
Stay up to date with technology evolution and innovation.</li><li>
Keep abreast of the latest trends in data science and technology.</li></ul>
4. Data Governance<ul><li>
Participate in establishing data governance frameworks, ensuring data accuracy, accessibility, consistency, and security</li></ul>
5. On-Call Support. 
Competencies Desired<ul><li>
Graduate (preferably Commerce / Science/Computers) Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.</li><li>
Datasphere Certification.</li><li>
8 - 10 years of application design experience in various business function.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of database management, data processing, and data analysis techniques.</li><li>

Job Purpose 
To serve as the Company Secretary for Valvoline Lubricants &amp; Solutions India Private Limited, ensuring full statutory and secretarial compliance. The role is also responsible for providing day-to day legal operational support to the India entity, and as required, providing legal and secretarial assistance to other entities within the APAC region. This is a hybrid role based in Gurgaon, India. 
How You Make an Impact 
<ul><li>
Company Secretarial Management (India): serve as the Company Secretary, managing all board and committee meetings, preparing minutes, filing statutory returns with Registrar of Companies (ROC), and ensuring full compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, and other relevant regulations.</li><li>
Legal and Operational Support (India): provide robust legal support for the India entity, including reviewing and drafting a variety of agreements (e.g., vendor, service, confidentiality), and managing legal documentation.</li><li>
Compliance and Governance: proactively manage the corporate compliance calendar for the India entity and support license management and other regulatory filings.</li><li>
APAC Regional Support: as bandwidth permits, provide legal and secretarial assistance to other APAC entities, which may include supporting corporate governance matters, maintaining statutory records, coordinating with internal team members and external counsels.</li><li>
Stakeholder collaboration and business partnership: work collaboratively with internal stakeholders from the business and global legal team, providing timely and practical legal and administrative support to facilitate strategic objectives.</li></ul> 
What You Bring to the Role 
<ul><li>
Qualification: India Company Secretary &ndash; Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ACS)</li><li>
Highly desirable: Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree</li><li>
Experience: 3 to 5 years post-qualification experience in a similar role, preferably within a multinational corporation or reputable Indian corporate house</li><li>
Demonstrated hands-on experience in handling end-to-end company secretarial functions for an Indian private limited company</li><li>
Proven experience in providing legal support, including but not limited to reviewing and drafting contracts (e.g., NDAs, service agreements), managing corporate records, and conducting legal research and internal training sessions</li></ul> 
Competencies Desired

Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft applications</li><li>
Well acquainted with applicable laws, Companies Act, guidelines</li><li>
