Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Configure, manage, and maintain Service Mapping and Discovery tools within the ITSM platform.</li><li>
Create and maintain service maps to ensure accurate relationships between applications, services, and infrastructure.</li><li>
Collaborate with IT, application, and infrastructure teams to gather requirements for service mapping.</li><li>
Continuously refine and improve service mapping processes to increase data accuracy and completeness.</li><li>
Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to discovery patterns, probes, and credentials.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with governance, standards, and data quality for CMDB (Configuration Management Database).</li><li>
Provide support during incident and problem investigations by leveraging service maps for impact analysis.</li><li>
Develop and maintain documentation for service mapping processes, workflows, and best practices.</li><li>
Conduct training or knowledge-sharing sessions with stakeholders on the use of service maps.</li><li>
Stay updated with ITSM and service mapping trends, tools, and best practices.</li></ul>

Senior Service Mapping Consultant

We are currently looking for Senior Oracle Applications &amp; Multi-Platform Database Administrator for our Bahrain operations with the following skillsets &amp; terms and conditions: 
Technical Skills Required:<ul><li> 
Core: Oracle EBS 12.2, Oracle 19c, WebLogic, ADOP, Rapid Clone.</li><li>Databases: MySQL, MS-SQL Server.</li><li>OS/Infrastructure: Solaris, Oracle Linux, Shell Scripting, SAN/NAS Storage.</li></ul> 
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oracle EBS &amp; Middleware Lifecycle Management<ul><li>Application Administration: Manage the full lifecycle of Oracle EBS 12.2, including complex upgrades to Oracle 19c and cross-platform migrations.</li><li>Online Patching: Expertly execute the ADOP (Online Patching) cycle to ensure minimal downtime and system stability.</li><li>WebLogic &amp; Fusion Middleware: Configure, tune, and troubleshoot WebLogic Admin and Managed Servers (e.g., Forms, OACORE) tailored for the EBS 12.2 stack.</li><li>DMS Governance: Maintain the integrity of the Oracle Document Management System, overseeing user permissions, security protocols, and storage workflows. [6, 7, 8, 9, 10]</li></ul>
2. Multi-Platform Database Administration [11]<ul><li>Database Management: Provide expert-level support for Oracle 19c (utilizing Multitenant architecture), MySQL, and MS-SQL Server.</li><li>High Availability: Design and manage high-availability solutions, including Oracle Data Guard and SQL Server Always On clusters.</li><li>Infrastructure Synergy: Administer Solaris and Linux environments; collaborate with storage teams to optimize SAN/NAS capacity, I/O performance, and OS-level configurations.</li><li>Automation: Architect advanced Shell, WLST, and Python scripts to automate routine maintenance and system monitoring. [12, 13]</li></ul>
3. Data Protection, Backup &amp; Recovery<ul><li>RMAN Mastery: Design and implement comprehensive backup strategies using Oracle RMAN, including incremental backups and advanced block media recovery.</li><li>Disaster Recovery (DR): Lead DR planning and execution for EBS 12.2 to guarantee zero data loss and meet strict Recovery Time Objectives (RTO).</li><li>Environment Refreshes: Streamline the cloning process (Production to non-prod) using Rapid Clone and RMAN to support agile development cycles.</li><li>Cross-Platform Recovery: Standardize backup/restore procedures for MySQL and MS-SQL Server, including Point-in-Time Recovery (PITR) to safeguard against data corruption.</li><li>Compliance &amp; Validation: Conduct quarterly restoration drills to validate backup integrity and ensure adherence to corporate data retention policies.</li></ul>
4. Testing &amp; Optimization<ul><li>Validation: Execute rigorous regression and functional testing for all patches, upgrades, and configuration changes.</li><li>Performance Engineering: Proactively tune SQL queries, database parameters, and OS kernels to maintain peak application performance.</li></ul>

We are currently looking Quality Assurance Manager - Banking for our Qatar operations.
Job Purpose Summary:
The incumbent will be responsible for working with teams within the Group
Communications Division (GCD) to understand key processes and pain points to propose and implement how they can be made more efficient. The incumbent will also support delivering key Quality Assurance (QA) projects and processes such as the QA Blueprint Roadmap and delivering new and enhancing existing policy and procedures. They will also work with other bank divisions on initiatives impacting GCD. The role requires expert-level senior business analyst skills and experience to drive strategic analysis, optimize business processes, and deliver actionable insights that support organizational objectives. The incumbent will leverage advanced data modeling, requirements gathering, and process improvement methodologies to ensure alignment between business initiatives and quality assurance goals. 
Education/Experience Requirements:
