Skills and Experience:
Experience:
12+ years in IT delivery, including 7+ years in Agile coaching and transformation.
Proven experience in enterprise-level Agile adoption and project/program management.
Hands-on experience with Scaled Agile frameworks, DevSecOps, and automation practices.
Key Skills:
Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Scrum, Kanban, DAD).
Expertise in Agile metrics, OKRs, and value realization.
Excellent stakeholder management and leadership coaching skills.
Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and other Agile lifecycle tools.
Ability to bridge business and technology teams for effective transformation.
Preferred Attributes:
Experience in banking or financial services domain.
Ability to tailor frameworks to organizational needs rather than applying them rigidly.
Strong communication and facilitation skills, including experience as a keynote speaker or trainer.

We are currently looking Senior Network Administrator our Qatar operations.
Education :<ul><li>A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is typically required.</li></ul>
Experience : 5 to 10 years or more.<ul><li>NAC and Firewall Exposure are Required, Should be good with Avanti Pulse Secure Or Aruba Clear Pass.</li></ul>
Networking Certifications:<ul><li>Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE)</li><li>Certifications like CompTIA Network+ and CompTIA Security+ can also be valuable for foundational knowledge.</li></ul>
Security Certifications: Security-focused certifications<ul><li>Certifications like Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) are highly regarded.</li></ul>
Technical Skills:<ul><li>In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, technologies, and architectures is essential.</li><li>Proficiency in configuring and managing network devices and firewalls.</li><li>Familiarity with intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS) and VPN technologies.</li><li>Knowledge of network security best practices, including threat detection and mitigation.</li><li>Experience with network monitoring and management tools.</li></ul>
Soft Skills:<ul><li>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex network and security issues.</li><li>Effective communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Leadership and team collaboration skills, as senior roles often involve mentoring junior staff and leading projects.</li></ul>
Industry Knowledge:<ul><li>Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in network security and technology, as the field is continually evolving.</li></ul>

 Job responsibilities
Monitor constantly customer&rsquo;s transactional records to identify unauthorized transactions and fraudulent accounts based on the alerts generated in the fraud management system. 
Action Alerts on assigned queue as per service level agreement to reduce potential losses. 
Handle/ Resolve incoming fraud reporting from customer as per service level agreement to reduce potential losses. 
understanding on various fraud type &amp; Responsibility of taking up role in Fraud Monitoring 
ability to communicate in Arabic and English with customer &amp; Fraud Risk Management on the Fraud findings. 
willingness to work 24/7 shift role

Key Responsibilities
Program &amp; Project Management Skills:<ul><li>Lead a Wealth Management program focused on</li><li>-Qatar Retail Wealth initiatives</li><li>-Private Banking (PB) expansion</li><li>Own end‑to‑end delivery across multiple WM initiatives.</li><li>Structure programs into clear project plans, timelines, and measurable outcomes.</li><li>Perform hands‑on analysis of client journeys, advisory processes, and servicing models.</li><li>Define and validate business requirements with Relationship Managers and business leaders.</li><li>Ensure initiatives deliver tangible improvements in client and advisor outcomes.</li></ul>
Business Analyst Skills:<ul><li>Ability to conduct business analysis to define business and functional requirements.</li><li>Ability to document BRDs, user stories, and process flows (current state, interim, and target state operating models) aligning to revenue outcomes.</li><li>Analyze front, middle, and back office workflows to identify gaps impacting productivity or client conversion.</li><li>Work closely with all key stakeholders including Technology and Operations to ensure solutions are feasible and effective.</li><li>Ensure solutions are practical and aligned with business realities.</li></ul>
Business &amp; Domain Exposure:<ul><li>Apply understanding of PB &amp; retail products and services</li><li>Apply understanding of both insitutional and client lifecycle, product penetration, and pricing dynamics.</li><li>Support decision‑making with data, logic, and commercial context</li></ul>
