We are looking for a highly organized and proactive E-commerce Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will support daily e-commerce operations, ensure smooth order management, and help drive efficiency across multiple online platforms. This role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage product listings across e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Walmart, Etsy.)</li><li>Update product details, pricing, and inventory levels to ensure accuracy</li><li>Monitor and process customer orders, returns, and cancellations promptly</li><li>Provide customer support via email, chat, or social media, addressing inquiries and resolving issues professionally</li><li>Track shipments and coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, and warehouses</li><li>Conduct market research on competitors, pricing, and product trends</li><li>Assist with promotional campaigns, discounts, and digital marketing tasks</li><li>Generate sales, inventory, and performance reports as needed</li><li>Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, documentation, and scheduling</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience as an E-commerce VA, Customer Support VA, or similar role</li><li>Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Etsy, etc.)</li><li>Familiarity with order management, product listing optimization, and inventory tracking</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and other productivity tools</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision</li><li>Experience with digital marketing, SEO, or basic graphic design is a plus</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Knowledge of e-commerce tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar</li><li>Experience with CRM systems or helpdesk tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Gorgias)</li><li>Familiarity with social media management for e-commerce brands</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $5.00 - $10.00 per hourExperience:<ul><li>SEO: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
