Eligible Locations: 

Provo, UT

(UT County Region) 
Compensation: $5200 - $6000 per month AT LEAST (and $15/hr floor guarantee) Uncapped commissions 
Job Summary: 

We are seeking a confident and outgoing person to join our team as a Door-to-Door Sales Representative. This is a full-time, 1099 contractor position. It involves going door-to-door, engaging directly with potential customers, and generating leads for Vamos Health. The ideal candidate is experienced in acquiring clients for new businesses and has a strong ability to connect with people in person. 
Key Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Sales Outreach: Travel door-to-door in your assigned area to engage homeowners and residents, introducing them to Vamos Health membership opportunities. 
</li>
<li>Events: Going to events in the community, setting up tables and establishing strong relationships with potential Vamos partners and collaborators.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Relationship Building: Build and maintain rapport with prospects by understanding their health needs and offering tailored solutions. 
</li>
</ul><ul><li>Closing Sales: Close sales by effectively addressing questions, concerns, and objections, converting leads into members. 
</li>
</ul><ul><li>Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-up activities in our CRM system. 
</li>
</ul><ul><li>Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales manager and team to meet monthly and quarterly sales goals. 
</li>
</ul><ul><li>Feedback: Provide feedback to the marketing and product team on customer preferences and potential improvements to our services.</li></ul> 


Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>Proven experience in door-to-door sales, client acquisition, or similar roles. 
</li>
</ul><ul><li>Strong communication skills with a confident and extroverted personality. 
</li>
</ul><ul><li>Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule. 
</li>
</ul><ul><li>Previous experience in missionary work, attending job fairs, or similar environments is a plus. 
</li>
</ul><ul><li>Having your own car, being reliable, capable of setting up a stand with advertising tools, coordinating the team is desirable. 
</li>
</ul><ul><li>Must be proficient in both English and Spanish 
</li>
</ul><ul><li>Other Requirements: 
</li>
</ul><ul><li><ul><li>W-9 completion is required for 1099 contract. 
</li>
</ul></li></ul><ul><li><ul><li>Access to a vehicle you can use every day for job functions (mileage reimbursed)</li></ul></li></ul> 
 
Work Environment: 
<ul>
<li>Normally outdoor setting (regardless of weather) with occasional team huddle at Vamos Health clinic. 
</li>
</ul><ul><li>Frequent use of a computer, tablet, and/or cell phone 
</li>
</ul><ul><li>Varying schedule to include evenings, holidays, and extended hours as business dictates 
</li>
</ul><ul><li>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to heat or cold temperatures.</li></ul>
