Full Time Dietary Aide
 
11:30AM- 7:30PM
 
Working every other weekend/ every other holiday

Dietary Aide Job Duties: 
<ul>
<li>Reviewing menus prior to preparation of food.</li>
<li>Inspecting special diet trays to assure they are correct.</li>
<li>Performing administrative requirements such as completing necessary forms, reports, etc., and submitting to the Director of Food Services.</li>
<li>Coordinating dietary service with other departments as necessary.</li>
<li>Working with the facility's Dietician, Dietetic Technician and other Supervisors as necessary and implementing recommended changes as required.</li>
<li>Assuring that all dietary procedures are followed in accordance with established policies.</li>
<li>Assisting in establishing food service production line, etc., to assure that meals are prepared on time.</li>
<li>Processing diet changes and new diets as received from Nursing Services and approved by the Director of Food Service.</li>
<li>Performing dishwashing/cleaning procedures. Assuring that utensils, etc., are readily available for next meal.</li>
<li>Assisting in inventorying and storing in-coming food, supplies, etc., as necessary.</li>
