Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations and company safety policies</li><li>Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments</li><li>Monitor high-risk activities such as lifting operations, working at height, and excavation</li><li>Prepare and review Risk Assessments (RA) and Method Statements (MS)</li><li>Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training sessions</li><li>Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses and implement corrective actions</li><li>Ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment</li><li>Maintain HSE documentation and prepare safety reports</li><li>Promote a strong safety culture across the workforce</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field</li><li>NEBOSH / IOSH certification (preferred)</li><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of experience in civil construction (industrial warehouse experience preferred)</li><li>Strong knowledge of construction safety standards in the UAE</li><li>Good communication and reporting skills</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeEducation:<ul><li>Diploma (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Civil Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise day-to-day site operations and workforce (masons, carpenters, helpers, etc.)</li><li>Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, plans, and specifications</li><li>Allocate tasks and monitor productivity of workers</li><li>Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and subcontractors</li><li>Ensure availability and proper use of materials, tools, and equipment</li><li>Maintain work progress and report daily site activities</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company HSE policies</li><li>Identify and resolve on-site issues and delays</li><li>Monitor quality of work and ensure standards are maintained</li><li>Assist in site measurements and material estimation</li><li>Ensure housekeeping and cleanliness at site</li><li>Attend site meetings when required</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum 5&ndash;10 years of experience in civil construction</li><li>Experience in industrial, commercial, or warehouse projects is an advantage</li><li>Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
