We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead our paid acquisition strategy. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising campaigns across multiple channels to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI. You will manage budgets, analyse performance metrics, and continuously test creative assets to scale growth efficiently.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Campaign Management: End-to-end management of paid campaigns on major platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).</li><li>Strategy &amp; Planning: Develop performance strategies to meet CPA, ROAS, and revenue targets.</li><li>Budgeting: Manage monthly ad spend, allocating budget to the highest-performing channels.</li><li>Testing &amp; Optimisation: Run A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.</li><li>Analytics &amp; Reporting: Monitor KPIs daily and provide weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.</li><li>Collaboration: Work with design and content teams to produce high-performing ad assets.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Experience: 3-5+ years in performance marketing or paid acquisition.</li><li>Technical Skills: Expert knowledge of Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics (GA4).</li><li>Analytical Mindset: Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and ability to interpret data to make decisions.</li><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).</li></ul>Nice to Have<ul><li>Experience with SEO or Email Marketing.</li><li>Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) or visualisation tools (Looker, Tableau).</li><li>Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
