Job Title: Purchase Executive / Purchase Officer (Local Procurement)Location: BawanaExperience: 3&ndash;5 YearsIndustry: Manufacturing, FMCG, AutomotiveJob Summary:We are looking for an experienced and proactive Purchase Executive/Officer with 3&ndash;5years of experience in local procurement and vendor management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials or services from local suppliers, ensuring timely delivery, cost-effectiveness, and quality compliance.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Source and procure materials/services from local vendors in accordance with company requirements.</li><li>Evaluate supplier quotes and services to determine the most desirable suppliers.</li><li>Negotiate pricing, credit terms, delivery timelines, and other commercial terms.</li><li>Raise purchase orders (POs) and follow up for timely delivery.</li><li>Maintain updated records of purchases, pricing, and delivery schedules.</li><li>Develop and maintain relationships with key local suppliers to ensure long-term procurement stability.</li><li>Ensure materials purchased are in line with specifications and quality standards.</li><li>Coordinate with the inventory/store team to manage stock levels and avoid overstocking or shortages.</li><li>Monitor market trends and product availability to identify opportunities for cost savings.</li><li>Handle vendor evaluation, performance analysis, and contract renewal processes.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.</li></ul>Key Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>5&ndash;7 years of proven experience in local purchasing/procurement.</li><li>Strong understanding of local markets, vendor landscape, and pricing trends.</li><li>Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proficiency in using MS Office and procurement software/ERP systems.</li><li>Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience in Familiarity with GST, taxation, and local compliance in procurement processes.</li><li>Knowledge of Talley Prime.</li></ul>Budget: 4-6 LPAHR- 9761641286Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;40,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Manufacturing: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
