 The Role
 
 
 
 You&rsquo;ll work on developing
 
 new impregnation technologies
 
 and
 
 polymer-based sealant materials
 
 , moving ideas from lab concept to production process.
 
 
 
 Main responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Run
 
 lab-scale trials
 
 on organic/polymer materials and translate results into
 
 pilot and production processes
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with
 
 chemists, equipment engineers, and process technicians
 
 to improve impregnation systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze process&ndash;material relationships: how
 
 chemical structure
 
 affects
 
 equipment performance
 
 and
 
 material behavior
 
 under vacuum and pressure.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support
 
 production teams
 
 on the floor and
 
 customer service
 
 in the field when issues require chemical insight.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform
 
 instrumental analysis
 
 (composition, material properties) and document findings in clear reports and process specifications.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Who You Are
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Degree in
 
 Chemical Engineering
 
 ,
 
 Chemistry
 
 ,
 
 Materials Science
 
 , or similar, with strong chemistry fundamentals and mechanical aptitude.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 2&ndash;5 years
 
 in polymer or organic material handling&mdash;formulation, process evaluation, analytical measurement, or property testing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Able to interpret experimental data and communicate results with clarity.
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable operating and maintaining lab instruments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Curious, collaborative, and proactive in learning new chemical systems and processes.
 </li>

 Skills Snapshot

 R&amp;D &rarr; Production scale-up experience.
