BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT &amp; RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT</b></h3><ul><li>
Serve as the primary point of contact for business clients seeking deposit and lending solutions.</li><li>
Proactively identify and engage local businesses to promote deposit products, treasury services, merchant services and cross-sell business deposit accounts, debit cards, online banking, and lending services.</li><li>
Cross-sell and refer members / potential members to internal credit union business partners.</li><li>
Refer business owners to branch staff for account opening and onboarding support.</li><li>
Maintain a solid understanding of local economic factors impacting local businesses and provide feedback to lending leadership.</li><li>
Conduct outside sales calls and participate in community networking events to generate leads and deepen relationships.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
</b></h3><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>LOAN ORIGINATION &amp; DOCUMENTATION</b></h3><ul><li>
Collect and review business loan applications and supporting documentation.</li><li>
Coordinate with underwriting and credit teams to ensure timely and accurate loan assessments.</li><li>
Close and book loans, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant.</li><li>
Monitor loan covenants and perform annual reviews as needed.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
</b></h3><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>BRANCH SUPPORT &amp; TRAINING</b></h3><ul><li>
Provide ongoing training to branch staff on business referral opportunities and services including account setup, documentation requirements, and product features.</li><li>
Function as a resource for branch staff on business documents, signing authority, check endorsements, and general procedures.</li><li>
Troubleshoot issues related to online banking, remote deposit capture, and ACH origination.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
</b></h3><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>RISK &amp; COMPLIANCE COORDINATION</b></h3><ul><li>
Collaborate with Risk Management to resolve fraud cases and ensure timely communication of compliance updates to branches.</li><li>
Ensure adherence to lending laws, internal policies, and regulatory guidelines.</li></ul><p><b>

</p><p><b>EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE</b></p><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.</li><li>
3-5 years of experience in business banking, commercial lending, or financial services.</li><li>
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.</li><li>
Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage client relationships.</li><li>
Familiarity with loan documentation platforms and core banking systems.</li><li>
Knowledge of ACH origination and remote deposit capture is a plus.</li></ul><p>
</p><p><b>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
</b></p><p>The position requires the following physical activities within varying environmental conditions:</p><ul><li>
Occasionally remaining in a stationary position which may be standing or sitting for a prolonged period of time.</li><li>
Occasional travel or moving from one office location to another or from one department to another at the headquarters building.</li><li>
Occasional lifting, moving, or adjusting objects up to 20 pounds.</li><li>
Constant communication with others through various channels including verbal, email, and chat of which the last two may require consistent use of a keyboard and mouse or another electronic device.</li><li>
Work will be in a commercially reasonable temperature-controlled environment.

Business Services Manager

<div><div><div><b>JOB FUNCTIONS</b></div></div><ul><li><div>
In real time, virtually processes member transactions including, but not limited to, deposits, payments, transfers, and withdrawals from a remote location by means of the Personal Teller Machine (PTM) system. Ensures that proper identification and endorsements are obtained for all transactions.</div></li><li><div>
Develops a thorough understanding of the hardware, software/applications, and processes that comprise Personal Teller Center functions and services, including but not limited to: our core transactional system, Teller Enterprise, PTMs, balancing and accounting processes, imaging and CRM applications, etc.</div></li><li><div>
Adheres to security, audit, compliance, and personnel requirements.</div></li><li><div>
When appropriate, takes advantage of cross-sell and referral opportunities, and provides members with solutions to financial questions/issues.</div></li><li><div>
Exhibits professionalism when answering member phone calls, emails, and other forms of electronic contact; consistently provide exceptional member service.</div></li><li><div>
Meets or exceeds individual service levels, productivity, and quality standards.</div></li><li><div>
Performs other individual and/or team tasks as assigned by the Personal Teller Manager.</div></li></ul><div><div><b>
