Accounting Department
The Accounting Department is integral to maintaining the financial health and integrity of our organization. Our mission is to provide accurate, timely, and relevant financial information while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the company&rsquo;s strategic goals. The department manages a broad range of functions, including financial reporting, treasury, forecasting, month-end close activities, financial systems, fixed assets, consolidation and campus-specific financial oversight. By maintaining the integrity and accuracy of financial data, we enable informed decision-making and uphold ethical standards across all financial activities. We prioritize continuous improvement in processes and systems to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Our collaborative approach ensures we work closely with other departments, providing financial insights and support to drive the company's strategic objectives.
Position Overview
This position will be based on-site at our office in Denver, CO. in alignment with our flexible work policy. (3 days on site required, 2 days flexible).
Vantage is seeking a thorough, detail-oriented, quick-learning colleague to join our Treasury and accounting team to support daily operations. You will directly contribute to and develop Vantage&rsquo;s treasury function by working closely with the accounting, capital markets, and finance teams to effectively manage daily transaction processing. Your work will be overseen and developed with the Senior Treasury Manager, North America and other members of the team. The ideal candidate will be process-driven, detail oriented, and able to manage competing responsibilities.
 Essential Job Functions<ul><li>
Leverage proficiency in the Kyriba Treasury Management System (TMS) to perform daily cash positioning and execute transaction workflows.</li><li>
Support the implementation, configuration, and ongoing optimization of Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and bank connectivity channels.</li><li>
Collaborate with Procurement, AP, AR, and business partners to analyze and improve vendor payment terms to enhance working capital efficiency.</li><li>
Oversee Vantage&rsquo;s investment program and track compliance against Vantage&rsquo;s internal investment policy.</li><li>
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to management for cash positions, performance, and transaction history.</li><li>
Develop KPIs and improvements to liquidity, cash, investment, and payment management with the Senior Treasury Manager, NA</li><li>
Track and manage new account openings, product implementations, and project requests with Vantage&rsquo;s banking partners.</li><li>
Input payment information for wire transfers, ACH payments, and bank payment templates.</li><li>
Manage bank positive pay and perform callbacks to verify payment instructions in conjunction with Vantage&rsquo;s fraud controls.</li><li>
Research and resolve payment questions from the Accounts Payable, Cash Accounting, and Accounts Receivable teams.</li><li>
Maintain and develop schedules related to upcoming payments, loans, and letters of credit.</li><li>
Facilitate effective risk management as it relates to KYC/AML and ISDA Compliance for North America and be responsible for the ongoing maintenance of accounts at each financial institution during the annual KYC refresh period.</li><li>
Assist with preparing and routing signature packets for wet or electronic signatures.</li><li>
Obtain and perform initial review of transactional closing document-sets post-closing and update our records accordingly.</li><li>
Additional duties as assigned from time to time by Management.</li></ul>
Job Requirements<ul><li>
1-3 years of professional experience in accounting, bank operations, or treasury.</li><li>
Real Estate and Data Center Experience, preferred</li><li>
Experience with bank liquidity management, transaction processing, and KYC requirements, preferred.</li><li>
Demonstrates a high degree of attention to detail and an ability to complete work accurately and in a timely manner.</li><li>
Strong written and verbal skills.</li><li>
Ability to handle fast paced mission critical transaction execution.</li><li>
Impeccable integrity, credibility, character and ethics.</li><li>
Travel required is expected to be up to 20% but may increase over time as the business evolves</li></ul>

Salary Range: $70,000- $80,000 Base + Bonus (this range is based on Colorado market data and may vary in other locations)</li><li>

Position Overview

Vantage is seeking a consultative designer to join our growing Learning and Development team to focus on designing and developing rich, engaging and scalable learning experiences for role-specific learning and general learning assets for the Vantage workforce in North America. The Learning and Development team is responsible for ensuring that our workforce has the knowledge, skills and behaviors to be successful. The ideal candidate will have a strong builder&rsquo;s mindset, a tolerance for ambiguity, can work with complex design tools, have a passion for creative problem solving and is eager to advise and partner with stakeholders to deliver a quality product. Additionally, the ideal candidate combines instructional design expertise with a deep understanding of user-centric design principles to craft scalable learning solutions across various modalities. 
Essential Job Functions<ul><li>
Conducts gap analysis and collaborates to develop clear and measurable objectives and metrics, and tie learning to business outcomes for audiences across North America.</li><li>
Consults with stakeholders, subject-matter experts, facilitators, and leadership regarding learning methodology, instructional design principles, and learning data to inform design.</li><li>
Dedicated to integrating multiple channels in a fresh and inventive way, including instructor-led, experiential, and self-paced.</li><li>
Design and develop innovative, comprehensive curriculums and certification programs, utilizing advanced design/development techniques, including generative AI, and tools of adult learning theory.</li><li>
Creates exercises and activities (audio, video, animations, simulations, presentations, role plays, games etc.) that enhance the learning process.</li><li>
Quickly synthesize and create engaging and effective learning experiences and content based on information from existing internal content, facilitators, subject matter experts, previous training courses, etc.</li><li>
Select the appropriate level of measurement for new programs and design measurement tools (e.g., certification process), and update content as needed.</li><li>
Oversee and manage instructional design projects, ensuring timely completion of tasks, adherence to deadlines, and effective communication with stakeholders.</li><li>
Maintains project documentation, assets, auditing criteria, compliance regulations, and intellectual property guidelines for internal and third-party resources.</li><li>

Job Requirements<ul><li>
Bachelors or Masters degree in Instructional Design, User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science or equivalent is preferred</li><li>
3+ years of instructional design experience</li><li>
An excellent portfolio showcasing your work</li><li>
Strong experience with conceptualization, design, and production of animation, graphics, video, and e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Rise &amp; Storyline, Easygenerator, Adobe Creative Cloud)</li><li>
Incorporate immersive and interactive experiences such as video, simulations, gamification, AR/VR, and in-person facilitation into learning design strategies.</li><li>
Focus on the learner journey and user experience (UX) by integrating accessibility and inclusivity principles.</li><li>
Strong experience with building scenario-based learning experiences and/or simulations</li><li>
Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and other educational technologies.</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>
Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for creating impactful learning experiences.</li><li>
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li><li>
Experience with L&amp;D consulting</li><li>
1-2 years in a Data Center role, or within a Data Center organization.</li><li>
