 الجهات الحكومية والبنوك والمكاتب القانونية
 
 &nbsp;(مثل وزارة التجارة والصناعة وترويج الاستثمار، جهاز الضرائب، إدارة الهجرة).
 </li>
 <li>
 دعم عمليات تأسيس الشركات (ش.ذ.م.م، فرع، مكتب تمثيلي).
 </li>
 <li>
 المساعدة في&nbsp;
 
 تسجيل الضرائب، ضريبة القيمة المضافة، والتقارير الضريبية الأساسية
 
 .
 </li>

 دعم طلبات&nbsp;
 
 تصاريح العمل والإقامة

 التنسيق مع الوزارات والبلديات والهيئات التنظيمية نيابةً عن العملاء.

 حفظ السجلات بدقة وضمان إنجاز المهام في الوقت المحدد.

 المتطلبات

 شهادة جامعية أو دبلوم في إدارة الأعمال أو القانون أو المحاسبة أو المجالات ذات الصلة.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (مطلوبة للتواصل مع الجهات الحكومية والعملاء).
 
 </li>
 <li>
 اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية.
 </li>
 <li>
 من 0&ndash;3 سنوات خبرة في الإدارة أو الخدمات المؤسسية أو المحاسبة/الضرائب أو التعامل مع الجهات الحكومية.

 معرفة باللوائح والإجراءات الإدارية في عمان (وزارة التجارة والصناعة وترويج الاستثمار، جهاز الضرائب).

 Operations &amp; Compliance Officer / Coordinator
 
 &nbsp;to support our client delivery. This is an&nbsp;
 
 execution-focused role
 
 &nbsp;responsible for on-site submissions, document handling, and coordination with government authorities and local service providers.
 
 
 This role is ideal for&nbsp;
 
 junior professionals or recent graduates with an accounting or compliance background
 
 , who want to build a career in corporate services and market entry.
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Prepare, organize, and submit documents to&nbsp;
 
 government authorities, banks, and notaries
 
 &nbsp;(e.g., MOCIIP, Tax Authority, Immigration Department).
 </li>
 <li>
 Support company incorporation processes (LLC, Branch, Representative Office).
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with&nbsp;
 
 tax registration, VAT setup, and basic accounting/tax compliance
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Support&nbsp;
 
 work permit and residence visa applications
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaise with ministries, municipalities, and regulatory authorities on behalf of clients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with local service providers (accountants, auditors, law firms, translators).
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide operational support to the Manager in closing client projects.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Requirements
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or diploma in Business, Law, Accounting, or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Fluency in English (required for government and client communication).
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Arabic language skills are an advantage.
 </li>
 <li>
 0&ndash;3 years of work experience in administration, corporate services, accounting/tax, or government liaison is preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with Omani corporate regulations and administrative processes (MOCIIP, Tax Authority).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
 </li>
