 Vanzbon is expanding in&nbsp;
 
 Dubai, UAE
 
 &nbsp;and we are looking for an&nbsp;
 
 Operations &amp; Compliance Officer / Coordinator
 
 &nbsp;to support our client delivery. This is an&nbsp;
 
 execution-focused role
 
 &nbsp;responsible for on-site submissions, document handling, and coordination with government authorities, free zone regulators, and local service providers.
 
 
 This role is ideal for&nbsp;
 
 junior professionals or recent graduates with an accounting or compliance background
 
 , who want to build a career in corporate services and market entry.
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Prepare, organize, and submit documents to&nbsp;
 
 government authorities, banks, and notaries
 
 &nbsp;(e.g., DED, DMCC, DIFC, JAFZA, FTA, GDRFA, MOHRE).
 </li>
 <li>
 Support company incorporation processes in mainland and free zones (LLC, Branch, Representative Office, Free Zone Company).
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with&nbsp;
 
 VAT registration, corporate tax compliance, and basic accounting/tax filings
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Support&nbsp;
 
 Employment, Investor, and Family Visa
 
 &nbsp;applications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaise with ministries, free zone authorities, and local councils on behalf of clients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with local service providers (accountants, auditors, law firms, PRO agencies).
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide operational support to the Manager in closing client projects.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Requirements
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or diploma in Business, Law, Accounting, or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Fluency in English (required for business and client communication).
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
 </li>
 <li>
 0&ndash;3 years of work experience in administration, corporate services, accounting/tax, or government liaison is preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with UAE corporate regulations and administrative processes (DED, Free Zones, FTA, GDRFA).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
 </li>

 تأشيرات العمل، المستثمر، والأسرة

 </li>
 <li>
 التنسيق مع المحاسبين، المدققين، ومكاتب المحاماة.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 المتطلبات:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 شهادة جامعية أو دبلوم في إدارة الأعمال أو المحاسبة أو القانون.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (إلزامي)
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية.
 </li>
 <li>
 0&ndash;3 سنوات خبرة في الإدارة أو الخدمات المؤسسية أو الضرائب أو التعامل مع الجهات الحكومية.
 </li>
