&middot; Collaborating with the design team to develop ideas for new products based on research data.&middot; Conducting market research to identify new trends, fabrics, and techniques, and seeking design inspiration.&middot; Presenting story, mood, color boards, and samples to buyers.&middot; Collaborating with team members to select seasonal themes, make edits to the line, and create new concepts.&middot; Managing the design process from conception through to final styling.&middot; Ensuring product is in agreement with business strategy.&middot; Designing sketches for new products with a design team.&middot; Testing and deciding on fabrics, trims, colours, patterns, and textures for each design&middot; Overseeing the production of designs, including carrying out fittings, determining prices, and managing the shoot.&middot; Creating production sketches for development packages.&middot; Creating cost sheets, order sheets, and product lists.&middot; Collaborating with technical designers to ensure development packages are accurate.&middot; Reviewing product for style and fit during the presentation.&middot; Adhering the multiple deadlines.&middot; Maintaining relationships with vendors, suppliers, and portals.&middot; Communicating technical design information to the customer.&middot; Creating tech packs with detailed specifications.&middot; Developing CAD sketches to present to stakeholders.&middot; Overseeing the prototype sample process.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;40,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>total work: 2 years (Preferred)</li><li>Fashion design: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
