Our mission is to elevate the sharing of food &amp; culture, and we do this through the distribution of high-quality international foods, exceptional experiences, and strong partnerships.Overview:The E-Commerce Sales &amp; CRO Specialist will report directly to the Director of Sales &amp; Business Development, and collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing team to drive the growth of our online store sales and streamline fulfillment center operations. This role is essential for enhancing the customer experience and increasing sales through strategic advertising, customer experience initiatives, and efficient inventory management.Responsibilities:Improve Conversion Rate Optimization &amp; E-commerce Sales:<ul><li>Provide regular reporting and insights on CRO performance metrics, test results, and actionable recommendations to key stakeholders.</li><li>Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance to identify trends, provide actionable insights, and drive efforts toward reaching monthly sales goals.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing, customer experience, and other relevant teams to oversee the schedule of new product launches and propose best-in-class ways to display new products on the website.</li><li>Analyze website performance metrics, user behavior data, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement in the online shopping experience.</li><li>Troubleshoot website, address UX/UI issues, and maintain comprehensive documentation for effective communication.</li><li>Execute and optimize Google Adwords campaigns to boost sales performance.</li><li>Optimize shipping methods, prices, and manage discounts on the online store to increase customer acquisitions and enhance efficiency</li><li>Set up and conduct A/B tests and other experiments to validate hypotheses and drive continuous improvement in conversion rates and revenue.</li><li>Monitor industry trends and best practices in merchandising and CRO techniques to stay ahead of the curve and maintain a competitive advantage.</li><li>Manage SEO efforts to increase visibility and traffic.</li><li>Enhance the online customer experience in collaboration with management.</li><li>Produce engaging content for blog posts and videos to support marketing efforts.</li><li>Website design improvement, optimize landing pages and website performance</li><li>Develop and distribute weekly newsletters.</li></ul>Fulfillment &amp; Distribution:<ul><li>Process daily online orders across all channels, including Shopify, Wholesale, Los Olivos, and third-party platforms.</li><li>Support the execution of packaging, logistics, and shipping to ensure smooth operations.</li><li>Implement strategies to elevate the customer experience, including personalized packaging and follow-up communication.</li><li>Manage support emails, customer surveys, and resolve any issues that arise.</li><li>Ensure accurate inventory management and oversee daily shipment operations.</li><li>Collaborate with the Wholesale team to manage inventory and fulfill orders efficiently.</li><li>Conduct monthly inventory controls, including stock counts and cost analysis.</li><li>Oversee intercompany purchases and transfers to maintain stock levels.</li><li>Maintain an organized inventory and storage facility, receiving and recording all new inventory.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, eCommerce, or related field.</li><li>Deep understanding of user experience (UX) and customer journey mapping.</li><li>Expertise in A/B testing and user personalization to enhance the shopping experience.</li><li>Ability to implement customer service best practices in the eCommerce setting.</li><li>3-5 years of experience in managing eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).</li><li>Proven track record of increasing online sales and improving customer engagement.</li><li>Experience with digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, PPC, and email marketing.</li><li>Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, content management systems (CMS), and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).</li><li>Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web design principles.</li><li>Proficiency in SEO and digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).</li><li>Strong data analysis skills to interpret metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements.</li><li>Ability to manage budgets and ensure profitability of online campaigns.</li><li>Proficiency in reporting tools to monitor eCommerce performance.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Five days of paid vacation after one year of employment.</li><li>Five days of personal leave</li><li>Medical Benefits</li><li>Coverage, Vision, and Dental Insurance are available.</li><li>Employee discounts at our locations.</li></ul>Compensation:<ul><li>Base Salary: $45,000/year</li><li>Performance Bonus: Eligibility for performance bonuses based on specific criteria, provided upon job offer.
