This position requires a combination of administrative, organizational, and interpersonal skills to ensure the efficient delivery of care to our clients in the comfort of their homes.Key Responsibilities:&middot; Recruiting: Coordinate with Scheduling and Intake teams to ensure we have all the requisitions posted and their needs met.&middot; Answering Phones: Help the office with answering patients or clinics phone calls.&middot; Interviewing: Help coordinate interviews of clinical and non-clinical staff&middot; Onboarding and Hand Offs: Coordinate the onboarding of staff and work with the scheduling team to get them properly handed off for scheduling.&middot; Report outs: Ensure the HR reports are filled and completed for Operations meetings.&middot; Documentation and Record Keeping:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of field staff.&middot; Payroll Support: Provide support to the Payroll team during bi-weekly payroll schedules.Qualifications:&middot; High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in healthcare or a related field preferred.&middot; Previous experience in home health care coordination or a similar role is highly desirable.&middot; Excellent organizational and time management skills.&middot; Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.&middot; Compassion, empathy, and the ability to work with diverse populations.&middot; Familiarity with medical terminology and basic healthcare procedures.Job Type: Full-timePay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
