We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior HR Executive to lead our human resource operations and ensure smooth workforce management for a large-scale organization. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in employee relations, compliance, training, and insurance management, along with the ability to handle a large team efficiently.This role requires a hands-on professional who can balance strategic planning with day-to-day HR operations while fostering a positive, compliant, and performance-driven workplace culture.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage end-to-end HR operations.</li><li>Oversee recruitment, on boarding, attendance, payroll, and employee database management.</li><li>Ensure adherence to all statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Labour Laws, etc.).</li><li>Develop and execute leadership and employee training programs to enhance productivity and engagement.</li><li>Handle employee grievance management and disciplinary procedures with professionalism.</li><li>Manage insurance policies for employees, including claims, renewals, and coordination with service providers.</li><li>Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and performance management systems.</li><li>Collaborate with management to drive HR strategy and organizational development initiatives.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>10&ndash;12 years of progressive experience in HR operations and administration.</li><li>Proven experience managing large teams.</li><li>Strong knowledge of labour laws, compliance, and payroll management.</li><li>Experience in leadership development and training programs.</li><li>Exposure to insurance management and employee benefits administration.</li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Bachelors or Master&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources / Business Administration.</li></ul>Why Join Us&#11088; Opportunity to lead HR operations for a large and growing organization. &#11088; Exposure to strategic HR initiatives and leadership development programs. &#11088; Professional, supportive, and growth-oriented work culture. &#11088; Competitive compensation with long-term career potential.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;45,000.00 - &#8377;55,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
