About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Drafter to join our growing organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drafting, reviewing, and finalizing various legal documents, contracts, and agreements with utmost precision. This position demands excellent legal acumen, analytical skills, and a thorough understanding of corporate and commercial laws.Key ResponsibilitiesDraft, review, and finalize contracts, MoUs, NDAs, legal notices, and other legal documents. Ensure all documents comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. Collaborate with internal departments and external legal advisors for document review and approvals. Conduct legal research to ensure accuracy and compliance in all drafted materials. Maintain and update legal document templates and records. Provide drafting support for corporate, commercial, property, and compliance matters. Advise management on potential legal risks and documentation best practices.
