Job SummaryThe Senior Manager &ndash; Finance &amp; Accounts will be responsible for end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and team management for real estate projects, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting &amp; Financial Management<ul><li>Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations</li><li>Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts as per accounting standards</li><li>Monitor cash flows, fund utilization, and project-wise accounting</li></ul>Statutory Compliance &amp; Taxation<ul><li>Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements</li><li>Review and finalize GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), TDS returns, and annual filings</li><li>Coordinate with auditors and consultants for assessments and audits</li></ul>Financial Reporting &amp; MIS<ul><li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements</li><li>Generate MIS reports for management including project-wise profitability, cost analysis, and variance reports</li><li>Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities</li></ul>Audit &amp; Controls<ul><li>Lead internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations</li><li>Implement and strengthen internal controls and accounting processes</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements</li></ul>Team &amp; Stakeholder Management<ul><li>Lead and mentor the accounts team</li><li>Coordinate with internal departments, banks, vendors, and statutory authorities</li><li>Support management with financial insights and decision-making</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
