<ul><li>Prepare and issue monthly billing to apartment (maintenance, utilities, and other charges).</li><li>Maintain accurate records of invoices, receipts, and payments.</li><li>Monitor and follow up on outstanding dues and prepare aging reports.</li><li>Post entries in the accounting system and reconcile accounts regularly.</li><li>Prepare monthly and annual financial summaries for management.</li><li>Manage petty cash and bank transactions.</li><li>Maintain and organize all financial documentation for audit purposes.</li><li>Assist in internal and external audits.</li><li>Verify and cross-check bills, vendors, receipts, and vouchers.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company financial and legal policies.</li><li>Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and service agreements.</li><li>Handle building maintenance coordination with service providers.</li><li>Prepare and circulate notices, memos, and communication with tenants.</li><li>Assist management in daily operational tasks.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
