This role demands strong leadership skills to manage a team of recruiters while also personally driving critical hiring mandates. The Lead Recruiter will play a strategic role in scaling the organization&rsquo;s talent acquisition function by delivering quality hires, mentoring the recruitment team, collaborating closely with hiring managers, and reporting key hiring metrics to the management.
