This role directly impacts our customer experience at the point of care&mdash;where trust, empathy, and operational discipline converge.Key Outcomes<ul><li>Execute patient-centric care workflows with zero deviation: vitals monitoring, medication administration, documentation, escalation.</li></ul><ul><li>Deliver assisted-living support: hygiene care, mobility assistance, feeding support, companionship, and daily routine management.</li></ul><ul><li>Own the bedside experience&mdash;drive emotional comfort, reduce isolation, maintain dignity.</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain continuous data capture through daily logs and ensure proactive communication with the Varma Cares operations hub.</li></ul><ul><li>Uphold safety, hygiene, and compliance standards as per care protocols.</li></ul>Candidate Requirements<ul><li>Nursing track: BSc Nursing / GNM / ANM with 2&ndash;4 years of clinical or home care experience.</li></ul><ul><li>Caregiver track: Prior caregiving or hospital bystander exposure preferred.</li></ul><ul><li>High resilience, stamina, people skills, and emotional intelligence.</li></ul><ul><li>PCC (Police Clearance Certificate) or willingness to initiate immediately.</li></ul><ul><li>Openness to structured training, learning loops, and process-driven execution.</li></ul>Engagement Model<ul><li>Pay bandwidth: &#8377;15,307 &ndash; &#8377;30,000/month (role + shift + performance linked).</li></ul><ul><li>Contract: 12-month engagement.</li></ul><ul><li>Shift architecture: 12-hour or 24-hour care delivery.</li></ul><ul><li>Minimum weekly commitment: 50 hours.</li></ul>Value Proposition<ul><li>Meals provided during shifts.</li></ul><ul><li>Paid time off.</li></ul><ul><li>Dynamic deployment&mdash;work from assigned patient location.</li></ul>Market CoverageStatewide deployment across Kerala aligned to patient demand and operational routing.Join Varma Cares and plug into a fast-scaling care ecosystem that blends human empathy with process efficiency to transform eldercare at homeJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;22,000.00 - &#8377;60,178.97 per monthWork Location: In person
