Candidates with IPO / SEBI exposure will be preferred. Key Responsibilities &bull; Ensure compliance with Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other statutory requirements. &bull; Handle corporate governance, board processes, and statutory filings. &bull; Support IPO / pre-IPO activities, including due diligence and regulatory documentation. &bull; Coordinate with regulators, auditors, and external advisors. &bull; Assist in review of financial statements and compliance reports.
