Require suitable candidate for our client, a reputed manufacturer of bespoke furniture.Job Overview:As the Purchase Executive, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with vendors, overseeing procurement processes, and utilizing Tally or ERP systems for efficient inventory management. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong negotiation skills, vendor development expertise, and experience in material procurement.Responsibilities:1. Vendor Development:&middot; Identify and evaluate potential vendors based on quality, cost, and reliability.&middot; Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing suppliers.&middot; Negotiate terms and conditions with vendors to secure advantageous agreements.2. Vendor Management:&middot; Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials.&middot; Evaluate vendor performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.&middot; Resolve any vendor-related issues or discrepancies in a timely and effective manner.3. Procurement Planning:&middot; Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand material requirements for ongoing and upcoming projects.&middot; Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.4. Material Procurement:&middot; Source, negotiate, and procure materials in accordance with specified requirements and budget constraints.&middot; Ensure compliance with quality standards and delivery schedules.5. Inventory Management:&middot; Utilize Tally or ERP systems to maintain accurate records of inventory levels.&middot; Implement effective inventory control measures to optimize stock levels.6. Cost Negotiation:&middot; Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with suppliers to achieve cost savings.&middot; Analyze market trends and conduct benchmarking to ensure competitive pricing.7.
