Review the transporter on TAT for delivery</div><div>
FTL cost negotiation and on time placement of vehicle</div><div>
Should understand the process of documentation and compliance i.e. Invoice &amp; E waybill in B2B sales</div><div>
Basic cargo packaging understanding to avoid the transit damage</div><div>
Collaborate with warehouse, procurement, and sales departments to ensure deliveries are managed effectively</div><div>
Sharing MIS reports of daily Material dispatch &amp; Delivery Status to internal stakeholders</div><div>
3PL freight bill reconciliation based on the rate agreement</div><div>
SAP HANA/S4 knowledge is an added advantage</div><div>
Coordination with the insurance and 3PL partner for lost or damage case insurance claim settlement</div><div>
Arrange the reverse pickup with correct documentation.</div><div>
POD collection and upload in the ERP</div><div>

Qualifications:</b></div><div>
Basic knowledge of domestic transportation and documentation.</div><div>
Excellent negotiation, communication, and time management skill.</div><div>
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</div><div>
Basic excel &amp; MS office understanding</div><div>

Negotiation Skills: Expertise in negotiating with transporter and 3PL vendors.</div><div>
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to handle unforeseen issues in pickup and deliveries.</div><div>
Attention to Detail: High accuracy in handling documentation and compliance matters.</div><div>
Closing capability: Bias for action to close the escalation on time.</div><div>
Analytical Skills: Good understanding of analyzing the data with mathematical calculation</div></div><div></div>
