Job description:<ul><li>Job Location: Hiring for Hyderabad Location</li><li>BE/B. Project Engineer (Mechanical)

Job Location: HyderabadJob Summary:We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Site Engineer to assist in the execution and supervision of fire fighting system installations at project sites. Junior Site Engineer(Mechanical)

Job Purpose:To identify, develop, and manage business opportunities for fire fighting and fire protection systems in industrial, commercial, and corporate sectors. The role involves generating leads, building client relationships, preparing proposals, and achieving sales targets.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify and target potential clients in industrial, commercial, and corporate sectors for fire fighting and safety systems.</li><li>Generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, client visits, and market research.</li><li>Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals in coordination with the design and estimation team.</li><li>Conduct site visits to understand client requirements and provide suitable fire protection solutions (Hydrant, Sprinkler, Fire Alarm, and Suppression Systems).</li><li>Maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, builders, and facility management companies.</li><li>Follow up on submitted quotations and ensure timely order closure.</li><li>Coordinate with the project execution and service teams to ensure smooth project handover and client satisfaction.</li><li>Maintain proper sales reports, forecasts, and client communication records.</li><li>Participate in tenders, pre-bid meetings, and contract negotiations as required.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product innovations.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Fire &amp; Safety Engineering or any equivalent.</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;5 years of experience in B2B or industrial sales, preferably in fire fighting / fire protection / MEP industry.</li><li>Strong knowledge of NFPA, NBC, and IS fire standards is an added advantage.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic estimation understanding.</li></ul>Skills Required:<ul><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills.</li><li>Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.</li><li>Result-oriented with a proven sales track record.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Technical understanding of fire fighting systems and safety solutions.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,015.18 - &#8377;100,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
