Signage Board Service Technician

Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Installation: Set up and configure LED screens, video processors, media servers, and related hardware.</li><li>Maintenance: Perform routine inspections, cleaning, and preventive maintenance on LED displays.</li><li>Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, including faulty pixels, damaged modules, and connectivity problems.</li><li>Repairs: Repair or replace damaged components such as pixels, ICs, modules, and cables.</li><li>Programming: Program sending and receiving cards, control systems, and video processors.</li><li>System Checks: Inspect and ensure proper connections for power and network cables, as well as the alignment and calibration of screens.</li><li>Safety: Adhere to safety procedures during installations and maintenance to prevent injury and damage to equipment.</li><li>Documentation: Maintain records of services, inventory, and customer interactions.</li></ul>Essential Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical systems, circuit boards, and component diagnostics.</li><li>Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues with both hardware and software.</li><li>Attention to Detail: Crucial for accurate installations, troubleshooting, and ensuring optimal display performance.</li><li>Reading Schematics: Skill in interpreting technical diagrams and documents.</li><li>Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, move, and balance as needed for installations, sometimes up to 50 pounds.</li><li>Software Proficiency: Familiarity with relevant software for programming and controlling LED displays.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
