Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to oversee all human resource functions within our real estate company. The ideal candidate will manage recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance while fostering a positive work environment.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Recruitment &amp; Onboarding:</li><li>Source, screen, and interview candidates for real estate roles (sales agents, property managers, etc.).</li><li>Coordinate onboarding and training programs for new hires.</li><li>Employee Relations &amp; Performance Management:</li><li>Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts.</li><li>Develop and implement performance evaluation processes.</li><li>Support team motivation and engagement initiatives.</li><li>HR Compliance &amp; Policies:</li><li>Ensure adherence to UAE labor laws and company HR policies.</li><li>Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.</li><li>Handle visa processing and work permits for employees.</li><li>Training &amp; Development:</li><li>Organize training programs for sales, property management, and administration teams.</li><li>Assist in career development planning and succession strategies.</li><li>Compensation &amp; Benefits:</li><li>Oversee payroll, bonuses, and commission structures.</li><li>Manage employee benefits, leaves, and incentive programs.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>2-3years of HR experience, preferably in the real estate sector.</li><li>Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.</li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.</li><li>Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.</li><li>Can join immediately.</li></ul>Preferred Experience:<ul><li>Experience working with real estate agencies, property developers, or brokerage firms.</li><li>Familiarity with commission-based compensation structures.</li></ul>Salary: Competitive, based on experience + benefitsNote : Please don't apply if you don't have experience.STRICTLY FEMALE ONLY!!!Job Type: Full-timePay: From AED6,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Will you be ale to join immediately ?</li></ul>
