Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on Production Supervisors to lead and coordinate our production team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role ensures smooth operations by setting performance goals, organizing workflows, coaching employees, and solving production challenges while maintaining high safety standards. 
Responsibilities:
Production Leadership &amp; Workflow<ul><li>
Set performance goals aligned with production schedules</li><li>
Organize and delegate tasks clearly to the team</li><li>
Monitor productivity and provide coaching and feedback</li><li>
Identify and resolve production issues using PDCA methodology</li><li>
Efficient management skills to improve the productivity of teams and work standards.</li></ul>
Employee Development &amp; Communication<ul><li>
Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback</li><li>
Foster cross-department collaboration with Maintenance, Quality, HR, and Leadership</li><li>
Ensure clear communication of expectations and procedures</li></ul>
Compliance &amp; Safety<ul><li>
Enforce company policies and legal requirements, including safety protocols</li><li>
Take disciplinary actions as necessary to maintain standards</li></ul>
Administrative Duties<ul><li>
Maintain accurate timekeeping and production records</li><li>
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes</li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>
3+ years in a supervisory role within manufacturing or production</li><li>
5+ years of related experience in managing HVAC technicians.</li><li>
High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent.</li><li>
Education from college, trade school, or military.</li><li>
Reliable, detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of handling several tasks.</li><li>
Recognize a thorough understanding of the HVAC industry.</li><li>
The ability to know local codes and to use available resources to find solutions.</li><li>
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>
Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.</li><li>
Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with HVAC systems.</li><li>
Oversee installation and retrofitting of new HVAC systems.</li><li>
Manage inventory and order necessary parts and supplies.</li><li>
Provide training and development for new and existing staff.</li><li>
Collaborate with other departments to meet facility needs.</li></ul>
Additional Information
The Pay Range for this position is $35 - $38.50 per hour based on experience and qualifications. We also off the following benefits:<ul><li>
