Job Summary
The Clinic Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of hospital-owned physician practices, ensuring high-quality patient care, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. The role involves managing staff, developing and monitoring budgets, implementing practice policies, and fostering effective communication between clinical and administrative staff. The Clinic Manager also collaborates with senior leadership to develop strategic initiatives aimed at optimizing service delivery and patient satisfaction.
Essential Functions<ul><li>
Oversees daily operations of assigned physician practices, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality patient care</li><li>
Develops and implements policies and procedures to maintain operational consistency and regulatory compliance</li><li>
Monitors financial performance, prepares budgets, and addresses variances</li><li>
Recruits, trains, and supervises clinical and administrative staff</li><li>
Ensures accurate documentation, coding, and billing practices to optimize reimbursement</li><li>
Coordinates with providers to optimize schedules, manage patient flow, and reduce wait times</li><li>
Manages supply chain processes, including ordering and maintaining inventory levels</li><li>
Resolves patient complaints and escalates issues to senior leadership as necessary</li><li>
Implements quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient experience and operational efficiency</li><li>
Collaborates with senior leadership on strategic planning and service line development</li></ul>

Qualifications 
Education<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred</li><li>
Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required</li></ul>
License/Certification<ul><li>
Certification in Healthcare Management (e.g., CMPE) preferred</li><li>
Basic Life Support (BLS) preferred</li></ul>
Experience<ul><li>
Minimum of three (3) years of management experience in a physician practice or outpatient clinic setting required</li><li>
Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and medical billing/coding preferred</li></ul></div></div>

Clinic Manager - OB Clinic

Job Summary
Performs patient observation, documents patient care and response to care and communicates significant information to the registered nurse and other appropriate team members.
Essential Functions<ul><li>
Assists patients with activities of daily living</li><li>
Consults with and keeps supervisor informed of unit activities, needs, and problems related to patient care</li><li>
Provide basic care to ill patients</li><li>
Provides general nursing care such as positioning the patient, lifting, turning, applying/utilizing special equipment, assisting in the use of bed pan, urinal or commode, ambulating the patient, pre operative and post operative care, and application of binder or anti embolic stockings, bed bath, oral/hair/back care, changing bed linens, cleaning over bed table, and bedside stand, straightening patient room and other general care necessary during the shift</li><li>
Takes and records temperature, pulse, respiration, weight, height, blood pressure, and intake and output measurements accurately. Documents in a timely manner.</li><li>
Prepares patient room and bed for admission and transfers and ensures all necessary equipment is in room</li><li>
Maintains an attractive and comfortable environment for patients with special consideration to cleanliness of room, ventilation, and lighting</li><li>
Assists in patient admission, transfer, and discharge procedures</li><li>
Assist with handling and care of patient belongings and other personal property</li><li>
Answers patient call lights, telephone, and paging system and responds as appropriate</li><li>
Under the direction of the Registered Nurse, performs routine treatment procedures such as enemas, application of appliances for heat and cold</li><li>
Able to release, remove, and reapply restraints to patient under the direction of an RN</li><li>
Ensures patient is in proper position and alignment</li><li>
Assist Registered Nurse and/or LVN/LPN with complicated patient treatment procedures</li><li>
Serves and removes patient meal tray in timely manner</li><li>
Assists with feeding and/or preparing items such as opening milk container, cutting food for patient</li><li>
Assist in the maintenance of a safe and clean environment</li><li>
Perform these duties under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse</li><li>
Functions as a member of the Patient Care Team in conjunction with the Licensed Direct Care Giver</li></ul>
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Expectations<ul><li>
Must read, write and speak fluent English</li><li>
Must have good and regular attendance</li><li>
Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>
Basic computer knowledge</li><li>
Able to organize tasks, develop action plans, set priorities and function under stressful situations</li><li>
Ability to maintain a good working relationship both within the department and with other departments</li><li>
Performs other related duties as assigned</li></ul> 

Qualifications 
Education<ul><li>
High school graduate or GED</li><li>
Successful completion of a Patient Care Training program preferred</li></ul>
Licenses/Certifications<ul><li>
State Certified Nursing Assistant licensure preferred</li><li>
BLS certification required</li></ul>
Experience<ul><li>
