Our commitment to design excellence and project execution is supported by a strong technical team and dedicated site supervision, ensuring each project is executed true to the design intent.We&rsquo;re currently looking for a Civil Engineer to join our growing studio and support the on-ground execution of our diverse projects.Job Role &amp; Responsibilities:As a Civil Engineer, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between design and execution by overseeing construction activities, ensuring quality control, coordinating with site teams, and facilitating seamless communication between the studio and vendors.Key Responsibilities include:<ul><li>Supervise site execution works to ensure adherence to design, specifications, and timelines.</li><li>Conduct site measurements, layout markings, and verify construction drawings.</li><li>Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and in-house design team to ensure smooth workflow.</li><li>Manage labor teams and subcontractors effectively on-site.</li><li>Perform material checks and quality inspections on-site.</li><li>Monitor project progress, prepare daily/weekly reports, and communicate updates to the design team.</li><li>Troubleshoot execution challenges and suggest practical solutions without compromising design integrity.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory norms.</li></ul>Desired Candidate Profile:<ul><li>B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of experience in architectural/interior site execution.</li><li>Proficiency in reading architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.</li><li>Good understanding of construction materials, methods, and finishing techniques.</li><li>Strong communication and leadership skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and take initiative in site-related decision-making.</li><li>Prior experience working with architecture/interior design studios will be preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic project reporting tools.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Opportunity to work on niche, design-driven projects.</li><li>Exposure to detail-oriented execution practices.</li><li>A collaborative and dynamic work environment.</li><li>Scope for professional growth and learning.</li></ul>To Apply:Send your CV and working portfolio to HR.vbdsjaipur@gmail.com with the subject line: Application for Civil Engineer &ndash; [Your Name]Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
