VC Engineering

<ul><li>Handle end-to-end procurement for fit-out and joinery materials, finishes, and subcontracted works.</li><li>Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure best price, quality, and delivery timelines.</li><li>Prepare and issue RFQs, comparison sheets, LPOs, and supplier agreements.</li><li>Maintain and update the approved vendor list, ensuring compliance with project and company requirements.</li><li>Coordinate closely with estimating, design, and site teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.</li><li>Track and monitor material deliveries, approvals, and project requirements.</li><li>Evaluate supplier performance in terms of quality, cost, and reliability.</li><li>Ensure all procurement activities align with budget and project timelines.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and vendor performance.</li><li>Assist in cost control and support the QS/Finance team with documentation for payment.</li></ul>
