Job Title: Advocate / Legal AssociateJob Summary: We are looking for a qualified and experienced Advocate to handle legal matters, provide legal advice, and support the company in contractual, compliance, and litigation-related activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of corporate, civil, and commercial laws and be capable of independently managing legal cases and documentation.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Draft, review, and vet agreements, contracts, and legal documents</li><li>Handle litigation matters and coordinate with external counsel</li><li>Provide legal opinions and risk assessment on business matters</li><li>Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations</li><li>Represent the company before courts, tribunals, and authorities when required</li><li>Manage notices, legal correspondence, and dispute resolution</li><li>Support management in legal strategy and documentation</li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>LLB / LLM from a recognized university</li><li>Enrolled with Bar Council</li><li>Minimum [3&ndash;7] years of relevant experience as an Advocate</li><li>Experience in corporate, civil, or commercial matters preferred</li><li>Strong drafting and negotiation skills</li><li>Good communication and analytical skills</li></ul>Preferred Experience:<ul><li>Experience handling contracts related to infrastructure, EPC, or energy sector (preferred but not mandatory)</li></ul>Salary: As per industry standards / Negotiable based on experienceJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
