What you&rsquo;ll do</b></h2>
</div><div><ul><li>Ability to read Telecom system prints or previous experience reading engineering drawings.</li><li>
Reporting production, status of jobs and billing information.</li><li>
Construction Work Face Planning experience preferred.</li><li>
Project Controls 1-3 years of experience working on construction projects is ideal.</li><li>
Detail-oriented and able to perform quality assurance audits on reporting.</li><li>
Good verbal and written communication skills are a MUST.</li><li>
Must be able to work independently to complete deliverables on a daily basis.</li><li>
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel) ability to navigate large amounts of data to support contractual reporting requirements quickly through pivot tables, sumifs, v-lookups, etc.</li><li>
Other duties as assigned.</li><li><div>
Work independently with coworkers, customers, and others in places where interactions are unsupervised</div></li><li><div>
Provide accurate and reliable information to others in the company</div></li><li><div>
Requires a routine amount of driving for work, which must be performed safely</div></li><li><div>

What you&rsquo;ll need</b></h2>
</div><div><ul><li>To be 18 years of age or older</li><li>
Authorization to work in the United States for this company</li><li>
Permit experience required.</li><li>
Possess valid Driver&rsquo;s License.</li><li>
At least 1-3 years relevant experience.</li><li>
Must be able to pass background and drug screen.</li><li>
Good organization, multi-tasking, time management and documentation skills.</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>
Experience / knowledge of State, Highway Department &amp; Municipal requirements for Tele-Communications construction permitting processes.</li><li>
Working knowledge of traffic control permitting requirements.</li><li>
Proficient with Microsoft suite. (Word, Excel, etc.)</li><li>
Demonstrate proficiency with Adobe Professional and Microsoft Project.</li><li>
Some knowledge of As Builts.</li><li>
Ability to work independently.</li><li>
Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships at all levels.</li><li>
Ability to interact effectively with other team members.</li><li>
Must be able to follow instructions and directions to perform job tasks.</li><li>
Demonstrates a strong capacity to quickly adapt by learning new skills and unlearning outdated ones</li></ul><div></div><div><br>
