Job Description: Web DeveloperWe seek a proficient and creative web designer to join our marketing team at [VCIS Technology].As a web designer, you will be responsible for envisioning and creating compelling and responsive cross-platform websites, mobile applications and digital interfaces optimised for various screen sizes and operating systems. You&rsquo;ll work with the marketing team to create user personas, develop visual collaterals for social platforms and design content strategy.If you can blend creative skills with the technicalities of web development, you&rsquo;d be a perfect fit for this role. We offer industry-standard remuneration packages and growth-oriented, supportive work culture within the company.Objectives of this role<ul><li>Work with product managers to create and execute design plans helping the company achieve its product vision and meet its marketing goals.</li><li>Support the design process by creating style guides and collaborating with other designers to execute client requirements.</li><li>Assist the marketing team in creating visual assets like landing pages, websites, advertisements, brochures, flyers and catalogues.</li></ul>Your tasks<ul><li>Build navigation-friendly wireframes, websites and mock-ups that are usable, persuasive and visually enticing.</li><li>Curate aesthetically pleasing, user-friendly graphics for the client&rsquo;s website.</li><li>Create responsive templates for desktops, laptops, mobile devices and tablets.</li><li>Design and implement website layouts, logos and branding in alignment with the brand values and target audience.</li><li>Suggest and execute a cohesive visual brand strategy for the company&rsquo;s website, blog, social media channels and other digital assets.</li><li>Stay updated with the latest industry updates and trends in website design. </li></ul>Required skills and qualifications<ul><li>Demonstrable portfolio and expertise in previous web design projects.</li><li>Practical knowledge of different designing tools, such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator or Sketch.</li><li>Strong understanding of colour theory, typography, layout design and usability principles, especially for websites.</li><li>Proficiency in graphic design, art and psychology with a sense of how different elements work together on a web page.</li><li>A creative thinker with excellent visual communication skills, design multimedia skills and computer adeptness.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design.</li><li>Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.</li></ul>Preferred skills and qualifications<ul><li>A bachelor&rsquo;s degree in web designing.</li><li>Familiarity with website development languages such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript.</li><li>Competency in handling content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.</li><li>Experience with responsive design, UI/UX interface designs and user experience design principles.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;5,000.00 - &#8377;8,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
