Now Hiring: DispatcherShift: 8:00 AM &ndash; 8:00 PM (Rotating Fireman Schedule) Location: In-PersonWe are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our fast-paced operations team. This position plays a critical role in coordinating drivers, managing routes, and ensuring smooth daily operations.If you thrive in a high-responsibility environment, can think quickly under pressure, and communicate professionally, we want to hear from you.Schedule<ul><li>12-hour shifts: 8:00 AM &ndash; 8:00 PM</li><li>Rotating Fireman Schedule (includes weekends and holidays)</li></ul>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assign and route jobs efficiently to drivers</li><li>Monitor job progress to ensure on-time completion</li><li>Maintain constant communication with drivers</li><li>Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries</li><li>Enter and update data accurately in internal systems and spreadsheets</li><li>Problem-solve in real time and make sound operational decisions</li><li>Maintain professionalism in all phone and email communication</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 1&ndash;2 years of dispatch experience preferred</li><li>Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)</li><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Dependable attendance and punctuality</li><li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Motivated self-starter</li><li>Calm under pressure</li><li>Strong decision-maker</li><li>Team-oriented but capable of working independently</li></ul>This is a position where your consistency, communication, and decision-making truly matter.
