<div>Job Summary: Prepare and process individuals for deployments/re-deployments to and from combat zones, exercises, and other locations based on United States (U.S.) Government, Department of Defense (DoD), AF, Combatant Command (COCOM), and any other applicable guidance.

Education and Experience:<ul><li>
One (1) year of experience working in a squadron-level or higher mobility office.</li></ul>
Essential Duties:<ul><li>
Coordinate and schedule required pre-deployment training. Ensure squadron personnel meet worldwide mobility training and records requirements (i.e., individual security clearances, Law of Armed Conflict (LOAC), weapons qualifications, immunizations, Force Protection (FP); and Information Assurance (IA)).</li><li>
Coordinate and monitor the processing of squadron personnel and equipment through the Personnel Deployment Function (PDF) and Cargo Deployment Function (CDF).</li><li>
Ensure all Logistics Module (LOGMOD) databases are maintained and all Deployment Schedule of Events (DSOE) are built by the Deployment Control Center (DCC), to include all Unit Type Codes (UTCs) that are tasked for any TDY, Flag Exercise, contingency tasking, Area of Responsibility (AOR) deployment, or individual augmentee deployment.</li><li>
Provide all movement documentation requirements and Emergency and Special Program (ESP) Codes to the DCC and squadron resource advisor for all orders, Miscellaneous Obligation/Reimbursement Documents (MORDs), and movement specific requirements, to include all resupplies and personnel movement to and from the deployed location.</li><li>
Provide mobility personnel, equipment, and Level IV data requirements to the Installation Deployment Officer (IDO).</li><li>
Ensure final validation and accuracy of squadron Time-Phased Force and Deployment Data (TPFDD).</li><li>
Make recommendations to the squadron resource advisor to procure deployment equipment specified by organizations. Maintain this equipment and distribute individual equipment for deploying personnel, utilizing current host base and AFI guidance.</li><li>
Maintain mobility requirements and equipment/UTC packages and prepare and submit requirements list for purchase to squadron leadership.</li></ul>
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities<ul><li>
Must obtain Government Driver's license upon request.</li><li>
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.</li><li>
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.</li><li>
Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making.</li><li>
Providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.</li><li>
Job requires being careful about detail and thorough in completing work tasks.</li></ul>
The projected salary range for this position is an hourly rate of $17.64-$22.21 hourly and is based on experience and contractual requirements. However, this is not a guarantee of salary.

Unit Mobility Support

<div><ul><li>Job Summary<ul><li>
The primary tasking of this position will be to provide Maintenance Analyst support for the USCG Aviation Projects Acquisition Center located in Elizabeth City NC.</li><li>
Must be a United States Citizen.</li></ul></li><li>
Education and Experience<ul><li>
Experience in aircraft maintenance and/or systems support. Prior experience with operating, maintaining, or supporting USCG rotary wing aircraft is desired. At a minimum 3years of practical experience in aircraft maintenance supply, maintenance support and technical support for aircraft systems/subsystems is required.</li><li>
Technical experience with all airframe components and technical publications on USCG rotary wing airframes or similar airframe. Emphasis will be placed on technical experience with supply of aircraft structures and dynamic systems. Specific training on USCG aircraft systems is desired. At a minimum, three (3) years of practical experience.</li><li>
Technical experience with conducting maintenance analysis, assisting in supply chain analysis, rapid prototyping, and special projects. At a minimum, 3 years of practical experience.</li></ul></li><li>
Essential Duties<ul><li>
Perform analysis on Maintenance Supply issues</li><li>
Research maintenance/logistics issues, assess aircraft supply conditions, and provide technical data packages for the support of aviation acquisition projects.</li><li>
In addition to supporting supply and maintenance issues through research and analysis, the Contractor will be responsible for completing one time and reoccurring reports, status charts, data calls, and presentations needed to convey information to senior management, APAC Command Cadre and USCG Headquarters personnel.</li><li>
Analyzes statistical data and reports to determine trends, conformance to standards/directives and efficiency of operations. Due to the fact that reports and analyses are used to make program management and aviation projects decisions, all work done by the Contractor must be based on the most current and accurate information available.</li><li>
Run all reports and collect all information independently using a Coast Guard enterprise data system such as ALMIS, AMMIS and ACMS, OEM manuals and the ATIMS/TMAPS systems.</li><li>
Provide supply technical support for the airframe and components when tasked by the Government. This Technical/Logistics support shall include, but is not limited to, tracking service life limits, forecasting strategic buys of new parts, initiating reverse engineering of existing equipment base long lead times and obsolescence; engineering investigations for component logistical support and component logistical process improvement; formulation of Integrated Logistics Support Plans (ILSP) and other logistics-related studies in support of existing and new systems; performance of product feasibility, failure mode, and trend analyses; technology upgrade investigations; and systems enhancement studies.</li><li>
Before obtaining information from a non-Coast Guard data system, the Contractor shall inform and receive concurrence from the COR.</li></ul></li><li>
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities<ul><li>
Proficient in Project Portfolio Management (PPM) optimization software such as Primavera and Concerto</li><li>
Ability to conduct research using Coast Guard enterprise data systems such as ALMIS, AMMIS and ACMS and ATIMS/TMAPS systems and collate/present findings using the programs contained in the Microsoft Office Suite. At a minimum, 3 years of practical experience.</li><li>
Proficient in Microsoft office products.</li><li>
Ability to objectively view and effectively explain an issue or resolution from an end-user/customer/business perspective.</li><li>
Technical Capability to deal with aircraft upgrades and aging aircraft sustainment supply issues. Previous experience with new component integration planning, developing sustainment strategies and system upgrades is desired.</li></ul></li></ul> 
The projected salary range for this position is $52,500 - $68,500 and is based on experience and contractual requirements. However, this is not a guarantee of salary.</div>
