Job Title: Staff NurseDepartment: Nursing (ICU, NICU, General Ward, Emergency) Reports To: Nursing In-charge / Nursing Superintendent Location: Vedansh Super specialty Hospital &amp; Heart CentreJob Summary:The Staff Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring their safety, comfort, and speedy recovery in accordance with established medical protocols and hospital policies.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide direct patient care including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and maintaining patient records.</li><li>Assist doctors during rounds, examinations, and procedures.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness, sterilization, and infection control standards in the ward.</li><li>Ensure proper documentation of nursing notes, medication charts, and treatment records.</li><li>Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.</li><li>Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.</li><li>Prepare and maintain medical equipment and supplies.</li><li>Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.</li><li>Follow hospital policies, nursing standards, and patient confidentiality protocols.</li><li>Participate in training sessions, audits, and quality improvement activities.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>Education: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing (Registered with State Nursing Council).</li><li>Experience: Minimum 1&ndash;2 years preferred (freshers may also apply).</li><li>Skills Required:</li><li>Good clinical and patient-handling skills</li><li>Knowledge of infection control and hospital safety procedures</li><li>Strong communication and teamwork abilities</li><li>Compassionate and patient-centered approach</li></ul>Work Schedule:<ul><li>Rotational shifts (Morning / Evening / Night)</li></ul>Compensation:<ul><li>As per hospital norms / based on experience</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per month
