Job Type: Full-Time Work Shift: Day Shift Salary: As per industry standards Preference: Female candidates preferred.About the Role:We are looking for a proactive and dedicated HR Executive to join our team at our Andheri East, Mumbai office. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing HR Recruitment, Administration and Operations, ensuring smooth HR processes in alignment with company policies.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding.</li><li>Manage employee documentation, attendance, and payroll coordination.</li><li>Conduct induction programs and assist in training &amp; development initiatives.</li><li>Support employee engagement activities and maintain a positive work environment.</li><li>Assist in HR policy implementation and compliance with labor laws.</li><li>Maintain HR records, reports, and databases.</li><li>Address employee queries and act as a point of contact for HR-related concerns.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>0&ndash;4 years of experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of HR Recruitment, Admin and Operations.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.</li><li>Ability to multitask and work independently.</li></ul>Interested Aspirants send CV - naseer@techvedhas.comContact HR: 9030772873Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;10,465.37 - &#8377;40,374.01 per monthWork Location: In person
