The ideal candidate will be able to analyze large datasets, design predictive models, and deliver actionable insights for enterprise-grade projects. This role requires both technical depth and the ability to work with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and product managers.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Collect, clean, and preprocess large-scale structured and unstructured data.</li><li>Build and deploy Machine Learning and Deep Learning models for predictive and prescriptive analytics.</li><li>Work on data pipelines and collaborate with Data Engineers for production-level integration.</li><li>Apply statistical and mathematical models to solve business problems.</li><li>Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies.</li><li>Implement AI/ML solutions in real-time systems and optimize performance.</li><li>Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into data-driven strategies.</li><li>Ensure data security, governance, and compliance standards are followed.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s/Master&rsquo;s in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Engineering.</li><li>2&ndash;6 years of experience as a Data Scientist or similar role.</li><li>Strong expertise in Python and libraries like NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Matplotlib, Seaborn.</li><li>Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL).</li><li>Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Matplotlib).</li><li>Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).</li><li>Understanding of MLOps practices (model deployment, monitoring, retraining).</li></ul>Skill Set:Technical Skills<ul><li>Programming: Python (core for ML/AI), R (optional), Shell scripting.</li><li>Data Handling: Pandas, NumPy, ETL pipelines.</li><li>AI/ML: Regression, Classification, Clustering, NLP, Deep Learning, Generative AI.</li><li>Data Visualization: Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly.</li><li>Big Data Tools (Preferred): Spark, Hadoop.</li><li>Databases: SQL, NoSQL.</li></ul>Behavioral Skills<ul><li>Analytical and problem-solving mindset.</li><li>Strong communication skills to explain complex models to non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing project needs.</li><li>Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;305,598.40 - &#8377;1,153,581.56 per yearWork Location: In person
