Job Title:Procurement &amp; Vendor Development Executive To identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors/manufacturers. The role requires proactive sourcing, negotiation, vendor relationship management, and procurement planning.Key Responsibilities: Vendor Development:<ul><li>Identify and qualify new manufacturers/vendors for required products</li><li>Assess supplier capabilities (quality, capacity, pricing, certifications)</li><li>Maintain and expand a database of reliable and cost-effective suppliers</li><li>Conduct factory visits or audits as needed (physically or virtually)</li></ul>Procurement &amp; Negotiation:<ul><li>Procure goods from manufacturers at best possible prices and payment terms</li><li>Negotiate MOQs, lead times, credit terms, and delivery schedules</li><li>Ensure timely purchase based on client demand / order pipeline</li><li>Prepare and track purchase orders (POs) and manage order lifecycle</li></ul>Domestic &amp; International Sourcing:<ul><li>Source goods from India and international markets (e.g., China, SE Asia)</li><li>Handle import-related coordination: PI, documentation, logistics (if needed)</li><li>Ensure compliance with applicable import/export procedures</li></ul>Coordination &amp; Delivery Management:<ul><li>Coordinate with logistics / warehouse for timely material movement</li><li>Follow up with vendors for dispatches, delays, or issues</li><li>Resolve quality or documentation disputes with suppliers</li></ul>Reporting &amp; Documentation:<ul><li>Maintain vendor records, price lists, purchase data</li><li>Submit regular reports on sourcing progress, vendor pipeline, procurement cost</li><li>Ensure all procurement complies with company policy and ethical standards</li></ul>KPIs (Performance Metrics):<ul><li>Number of new vendors developed per quarter</li><li>Procurement cost savings achieved</li><li>On-time procurement ratio</li><li>Supplier reliability score (quality, delivery, responsiveness)</li><li>Vendor diversification (avoiding single source dependency)</li></ul>Salary Range : 10,000 to 25,000 Experience: 1 to 5 YearJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In personJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per month
